Service here is pretty slow, but friendly at least. I've always ordered the sampler platter and it kinda sucks now. They use chicken instead of beef, and are always a little stingy with the cheese. I also had lemon pepper wings on my most recent visit. I would recommend getting the dry rub lemon pepper over the sauce.

Food was disappointing.I had such a yummy food experience the last time, and this time was just not good.We sat at the bar to celebrate the end of our college classes. On the bright side, the drinks were good. I got the strawberry mango margarita and that was nice. My bf got a tall glass of Stella, but how can you really mess that up?We both got the bacon patty melt sandwich and right away I could tell it was not even toasted. It was slightly yellow and borderline soggy. I asked to get it re-toasted so it would be like a grilled sandwich should kind of be. It came back a little toasted, but the sandwich was not good overall. The bottom bun was soggy and the fries were cold at this point.I decided to take it to go because if I took it home and put it in the air fryer, maybe this meal could be better and bearable. I ended up getting another drink and not eating anything at all. Mhhm the food was good the first time. This place has potential, but unfortunately there is no consistency. If you sit at the bar and are just drinking, you should be fine.

I ordered take out on the app. The onion rings were not crispy enough and no where near worth $8.49. I also ordered Maple Chipotle traditional wings, and received boneless. I don't have a hatred for boneless wings, but they are not usually a choice for me, when choosing between the two. So disappointed with my meal!!

Avoid horrible service no service at all how is this place open still !! Went in got on wait list , waited 35 minutes then were told they had no clue we were waiting to be seated after they let two parties in before us.

Excellent service and yummy food , got 40 wings and they came out fast . From the time I got here I'd say I was eating within 30 minutes from arrival . Almost finished all 40 wings. Ambiance was great as well they played a variety of music.

This goes for all Buffalo Wild Wings. Absolutely nothing here is vegan, most of the "vegetarian" options are not vegetarian at all. There's no warnings on the menu but if you check their website nutritional guidelines, practically every menu item is fried in beef fat. Chips and salsa? Fried in beef fat. Cauliflower wings? Fried in beef fat. Loaded icecream? Fried in beef fat. French fries? Fried in beef fat. It's disgusting and so unnecessary. Especially when they have so many menu items that appear to be "vegetarian." Some of you might think this is funny because it's a "wing" place. Except -- they have multiple menu items that are geared towards vegetarians - chips and salsa for instance. You wouldn't guess that it's fried in beef fat. Some of us just want to watch a game with everyone else and having items that work for everyone would be appreciated. The black bean patty is safe if you are vegetarian. It contains milk and eggs. But take off the fries. Won't be coming here again due to lack of options. It's baffling that even the chips and salsa is contaminated.Just a side note if you are vegetarian trying to eat specifically at the Moreno Valley location -- I tried to order the black bean burger. They ran out. So you have 0 options

Customer Service was horrible! Never going back! Since we arrive to the restaurant it took them 30 min to sit us down at a table when the place was not even busy and when we were ordering food the waitress (Stephanie) walked away and started helping someone else we order bone in wings and when the food arrived it was cold hard and greasy got my daughter sick if it would give me the option to put no star I would because they are not worthy of a star
