2/22/25Assisted by George B., who provided excellent customer service. The Brunks Burger with fries was delicious, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained.

We show up to the restaurant and three of the beers that they advertise on draft is currently tapped out. It's a little frustrating because the tap handles are still there, but none of it is available. We begin to order and they don't have any of the smoked meat options available, which was the reason why we went there. It was only our group and one other table at the restaurant, and I saw that the other table was eating the ribeye steak sandwich. It looked delicious! So I ordered the sandwich and my party of six waited over an hour for our meal to arrive. For the entire period the cook had nothing else to cook other than our food. When it arrives, the ribeye steak sandwich looks completely different and is more like a flank steak. Super thin! One of my friends at the table has ordered that ribeye steak sandwich before and she said that it looked extremely different from what they've seen before. So I asked the waitress if the size of the meat was typical for that sandwich and she said yes. If she was telling the truth, it definitely wasn't worth $28 but all evidence points to her lying, probably because the chef was so underprepared.Oh! And I forgot to mention that our side dish of fries took another 20 minutes after our meal was ready to arrive. Once again, we were the only people at the restaurant! How long does it take to cook fries? I was very excited to go to this restaurant because I heard great things and I was extremely disappointed. I will admit the sandwich was tasty, but not worth the money they charged.

Bought meat here about 3 times -- not coming back after our last purchase. We paid $400 for a little less than 2lbs of Wagyu and were extremely disappointed when we got home to find that much of the weight was inedible bone, tendon, and fat. The Wagyu was a special treat for one of our anniversary dinners but felt like $150 worth of our money just went to complete waste. We've bought Wagyu here before (the pre-packaged thinly sliced version) so we were expecting that 2lbs would be the same, just thicker, so the inedible parts were a disappointment to us. There's also a different butcher working each time and I'm skeptical of the level of skill each employee has. Doesn't seem like this is their specialty profession and rather they're hired with maybe minimal prior experience? Just my speculation there - could be totally wrong. They say they are family-owned and operated but the way the store runs gives me more of a commercial feel. Going to be looking elsewhere for my future meat needs.

My husband and I came for a late lunch date, and we were not disappointed! The place was empty, the server was attentive, and the food was great! I got the Turkey Sub. It said it was on Ciabatta, so I wasn't expecting the bread to be as soft or as thin as it was, but it tasted great. My husband had the daily smoked sandwich, which was brisket. It was piled high and I tasted the meat-- it was very tender and flavorful. I enjoyed the pasta salad (though--just personal preference--I wish it had less peppers. There was a lot, and I'm not a fan of them. The rest of the pasta salad was great, though!). My husband got the Mac & cheese, which was (sadly) nothing special. Compared to Roscoe's and Panera, he was disappointed. We might try the fries next time. But we'll certainly be back for the excellent sandwiches!

It's a restaurant it's a butchery it's a all-in-one. I came looking for a different sandwich shop. But they have unbelievable sandwiches to choose from here french fries pasta salad mac and cheese. And I'm going to order prime rib for the holidays You can order turkey prime rib all different meats it's a charcuterie and a sports bar in one. Steve IS AWESOME employee Hey Ryan ‼

It was their 1st year anniversary today and they were giving out some generous free samples to the community. They had Brisket sandwich with Mac n Cheese topped with BBQ sauce. AND they were having a 25% sale in the shop. The people handing the food were really friendly! The brisket was really good! It was very tender and it was delicious. I mean it was free and the portion was, again, really generous. The Mac N Cheese was really cheesy and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Our kids especially loved the Mac N Cheese. Anyways, it was a really nice gesture to give back to the community and we were glad to have tried the samplers! Thank you Brunk's Butchery!

My foodie sidekick decided to try this place out and picked up a sandwich for me. So, I'm sure the place is pretty and the parking is fine, but let's get down to...THE FOOD. - Classic Italian Sandwich | It had the basic fixins'; nothing too extravagant with the meat and veggies. It came with a side of crushed cool ranch Doritos, which was odd but I was okay with it. If I'm being honest (rarely happens), I thought this meal was okay at best, but it needed some kind of pizzazz.

If you're serious about meat, this is definitely a place to visit. For all the various cuts that you might be interested in trying they really have an impressive selection of both meat and cheese. I usually come here whenever I'm planning on having guests over and I wanna have something spectacular. The team here is extremely courteous and professional, and quite knowledgeable about their product. The other cool thing is, they have a very wide variety of seasonings so not only can you get the meat but it's a one stop shop for a very nice steak dinner.

You want great meats and cheeses well this is it !!!! Go visit you will be glad you did :) Plus the artichoke hearts they sale are so so yummy Im hooked.

The service was great. The food was great and also the beer was great. They have TVs with sports and news and also you can buy meats to take home. What do you want oh cheese they have that too. Music was rocking
