The new owners have done a great job remodeling the store and making it look nicer;however, the customer service is awful. The bigger, tall, white guy with a scraggly beard that works there in the afternoons is extremely rude, disrespectful, and condescending. Each and Every time I have gone in there since the new owners took over I have been disappointed with the level of customer care. I will not be supporting them anymore and do not recommend anyone else to either, unless you prefer being helped by rude employees.
