Bowlero Upland

We live closer to the Rancho Bowlero, but we much prefer the Upland location. It's exceptionally clean, the parking lot feels more secure, and the staff are incredibly attentive. I also appreciate how the arcade isn't located right at the main entrance. This definitely eases the stress for anxious parents as they don't have to constantly worry about the potential of kids wandering outside. Additionally, the arcade's location away from the main entrance minimizes interaction with strangers.Bethany was amazing! She decorated the area beautifully with light-up marquee letters, and the screens on the lanes displayed "Happy Birthday!" She was friendly, kind, and attentive, and she helped keep the area clean. Bethany also reviewed the event timeline with us to ensure everything was on track. The timing of everything was spot-on. Greg, the manager, checked in on us a few times to make sure we were satisfied and that everyone was having a great time. Thank you, Bowlero Upland!Booking the event online was incredibly easy. I highly recommend hosting a group event at Bowlero Upland!

So disappointed with this place! Some of the workers are really kind and welcoming but the manager My family was visiting from abroad and we decided to go bowling. We ordered drinks and were asked for 3 IDs, we handed them to the white manager lady and she said she couldn't sell us alcohol because 1 of them was not an American ID, it was legit and he's visibly in his late 30s. Fine whatever we figured we would just get drinks elsewhere after. I went to ask for my money back since I had ordered online and the manager was rude and passive aggressive. That's my money so I obviously waited! Then she sends over a worker to ask if we were still interested in ordering -_- There's cheaper places with more fun and better service. ‍

My experience visiting for the first time was okay.Upon entering the establishment the female manager did not greet us but told us immediately upon walking through the doors that she saw that we have a water bottle and they do NOT allow any outside food or drink. Not even water ! Because they cannot tell what is inside the bottle, this is one of their rules! Secondly, we had little ones and asked if they can put the bumpers and also provide the stand that assists the little ones by placing the bowling ball on top. The cashier said we could grab on own kiddy stand on the side by the couches, they pointed in that direction.. self service, it sounds like. Also! If you are playing with your kids on the same lane, the kiddy bumpers cannot be set to go down when it is your turn , they stay up for everyone the entire game! Lastly, I wanted to order food and they pointed to the direction of the bar. I ordered my food and was told the worker couldbe taken my order by the lanes but I was already there and directed there so I ordered my wings and half order of fries which came out to almost 25 bucks. They delivered the food to our table in our bowling lane area. Food was good. All they had was Aquafina smal water bottles and I am kinda of a water bottle snob and do not like the taste of Aquafina.. so we just played our 1 game and left to drink our water bottles we had to leave in the car. They charged around 12 bucks a game per person and 6 bucks to rent shoes per person. The odd thing too was they do not allow you to pay in advance like other bowling establishments. They open a tab on your credit card and after you are done, they charge you. Makes it inconvenient if it is busy and you just want to leave when you are done. Double the work. I would prefer to pay for the game, turn in the shoes and leave but for some that want to continue playing for hours without planning, I guess it makes sense you don't have to go back and forth to add an additonal game.Received giftcards and was the only reason we came here. Absolutely no exceptions on outside food and drink, even if a toddler needs their bottle or juice or milk? I would be nice to know they accommodate customers with medical issues or disabilities that require a certain diet.

Cosmic bowling is not the cosmic bowling I grew up with!!!! Only the lane is glowing lol lame

The staff is really nice!! The location is a bit hidden but easy to find! Lots of parking spots!! The restroom was clean. Our lanes and seats for bowling were spotless. We got to have many appetizers and drinks!! The big blue drink was shared and we all loved it!! I only had the cheese and pretzels which were pretty good!! Thanks for the great time Bowlero Upland!!

It's a good place for bowling. We used a coupon to cut the price cuz they are kinda expensive. Nice little arcade too. Bumpers and stuff like that for kids too.

We had such an amazing experience with the staff here. Shoutout to Alicia who really made our large group with two birthdays feel so welcome. This place is a blast. Good for families, small kids, and large groups! Definitely coming back.

Alicia and the entire stuff is extremely nice and friendly always willing to help me with anything. Place is always clean and the food is always good. Best bowling center I've been to

We are so happy for deciding to come bowling! Alicia was so awesome from the moment we walked in. She has the best service. We had a blast and food was great!
