Despite some heavy cons, this place is indeed worthy of returning to.I usually dislike bowling; but after visiting here I think I like it a lot more. It's not just having a good time with family and friends that makes a place enjoyable, it is based on a lot of other things too. Here are the pros and cons below.Pros: (1) 20+ bowling lanes, a bar and an arcade! The retro vibe and aesthetic of this place commands having a good time. (2) Armed security and active security cameras on the premises adds to the security within - because the area just outside can be a bit rough here. (3) Must bring an ID (21 or older) to order drinks from the bar. Wrist bands in use here. (4) A 3 round game for 6-8 people won't break the bank - some deals to include free shoe rentals. Way to go!Cons: (1) No outside food or drink (understandable), BUT not even - water?? No existing water fountain in sight within this bowling alley. Beware. You'll have to pay for bottled water... more on that at the end of the review. (2) Must bring your physical ID, for ordering drinks with alcohol. No exceptions. Pictures of your ID not accepted. (3) Table service from servers, who will take orders for drinks and food while you bowl at your lane are rather forgetful... and you gotta ask them more than once half the time (or so it seems). (4) You will be denied a cup of ice and water on the side - no matter how much food or drink you pay for. Inhumane.! Sheesh! (5) There could be better arcade games available as most of them are racing ones. Thankfully there is some air hokey.Would I still return here despite some of the heavy hitting CONS? Yes indeed, even though Cons number 1 & 4 was the heaviest ones to deal with here. My advice, just be sure to bring a bottle 20 oz Aquafina, the one with the hourglass shaped plastic bottle - otherwise you'll be asked to take any other bottle of water back to your car. Or just be like me and finesse this place at your own risk. Wink wink. Have fun, be safe, and don't be stupid. The pros I think still outweighed the cons in this place getting my 4 star review. Happy bowling!

Bowlero san bernardino is no Bueno!I had been lagging on writing this review because it makes me angry. This place likes to scam kids when parents don't go in with them. Two of my kids wanted to go here a while back, and I let them.Just to find out, they overcharged them, and I wonder how many kids they do this to.I'd definitely don't recommend this spot!

An awesome place to take family and friends from beginner to pro. A great variety of snacks, food, and a substantial bar menu. Huge arcade and a couple pool tables for the couples. Thank you Melissa and the Bowlero staff for always providing an amazing experience!!!!

I love the General Manager Melissa for her professionalism. Kim was great on taking care of the issues I had when I first got there. Before 4pm you have to order any food or Drinks from the front desk...thats because the bartender doesn't show up until then. That's only if you're in the bar area. Also, I want to say Mariah and Kim are doing such a great job holding the fort down...I highly recommend them and their great pepperoni pizza as it comes seasoned with Garlic.....yummy ....their nachos are awesome too....Bottom line if you want to drink any alcohol drinks ....go after 4pm ...side note you can order alcohol drinks but you have to go to the front desk before 4 pm

I wish this company would spend a lot more money keeping their equipment working correctly. Every week we come to bowl and without fail something is wrong with the equipment. The balls won't return, the pins won't reset, or the equipment damages our balls. Bowlero spent I don't even know how much money sprucing the place up but for the people on the league they couldn't care less. It feels like Bowlero thinks we should be grateful to come and spend tons of money week after week, month after month, season after season. The staff is incredible. They are friendly, receptive, and helpful. They do what they can with what they are given. But it makes me sad that we feel so disrespected by a large corporation that obviously puts profits above people.

This was my first time at the Bowlero in San Bernardino. I recently watched the Undercover Boss episode and enjoyed hearing about the new improvements Bowlero was making to their bowling alleys. I was greeted by the woman at the front desk who provided pricing options and information. My lane was provided immediately and all equipment was functioning and ready to go. The return rack was circular, which I think is a lot better than the rectangular returns you generally see at bowling alleys. I played three games and had no issues all night. They have a snack bar, drinking bar, pool tables and an arcade to provide extra entertainment and food to all visitors. I look forward to returning to try out the rest of their amenities!

After my initial review the management team at Bowlero SB reached out to me and apologized for the service we experienced. I am so glad they did, it's not common anymore for a manager to reach out to you and find out how they can make it right. Having the management team reach out really shows Bowlero is invested in keeping their customers happy and will take accountability when you do not get the service you deserve. My family and I want to continue to support Bowlero SB.

Rude service. Lady at front desk named Kimberly was very rude there's a way to talk to people and she didn't even want to scan our code to enter. She was rude in the end.

Worst customer service I've ever had. I was here a month ago and my ball was severely damaged by their machine. I didn't get an apology or anything. I filled out a damage report form and they said they would contact me when it was done. 2 weeks go by and no phone call, so I decide to show up and check it out myself. They did manage to "repair" the ball as best as possible but there was still plenty of damage. So I asked what are our other options. A worker said they might be able to replace my ball instead and they'll call me soon with their decision. A week goes by and no decision, so I call them and they said they'll call me back. Another week go by and no phone call so I decide to show up again. The manager hands me the ball and says we aren't replacing it, your ball is perfect... while I'm still pointing out all the damage on it to her. She then condescends me and says "if you want a perfect ball, go buy a new one and hang it on the shelf." I've never seen a manager with no empathy at all. I waited patiently a whole month, for her just to talk to me like that while I did nothing wrong. I took my ball and left. Never going back.
