I wanted to reach out and give some feedback. We had my sons 6th birthday party there on Saturday and here is a couple of issues. First, they overbooked the venue. There were no lanes in between each party and in turn that meant that other parties were eating our food because they didn't know where each party ended. Unfortunately for me I had parties on both sides which meant both parties were eating food we paid for. That is until a staff member put a sign up " Vincents party food" Second, Our food was placed on two bricks when it came out which meant that when they put our food down it tumbled over and had to be remade. The two hour "endless" food ended up being late because the kitchen was severely understaffed. This meant our party didn't get to enjoy the unlimited food and over 6 boxes of food were taken home because no one got to eat. I feel for the amount I paid for this party to make sure my son and our guests had a good time was not worth what we received. Im extremely disappointed in how this all went. Although the staff was very friendly and did their best with what they had, I cant say that this was a good experience for any of us. My feedback would be to really come down and take a look at what each event needs. You are booking parties and not even going to see if everything came out ok or if theres enough space. As an event coordinator these issues should have never occurred and staff shouldn't feel like they cant handle the party. The entire place was severely understaffed and it was definitely reflected at the party. Your customer should feel at ease and the price we pay for the party we should feel as if we got, for lack of a better phrase, bang for our buck. My entire party left to In n Out because they were hungry. How embarrassing. This was a HUGE disappointment to say the least.

Have to give them a one because of the terrible customer service. I had an expired Groupon that I knew was only good for the value that I actually paid. When we checked in the guy was extremely polite, told us just to present it at the end, and they would deduct it from the total. Great. We went and bowled and Lane had had more problems than our normal. Issues with ball returns, Lane, not resetting, and slow to rectify the issue. When it finally came time to check out, we went up to the counter and I showed the guy the Groupon. this was a completely different gentleman. Then he started getting rude. You know you should've shown that at the extreme beginning so we could've deducted it. I said we showed it at the beginning and the gentleman said to show it when we check out and pay for our Lane. I don't know why he would tell you that he said. Finally, he's taking it off because you do know this things expired. I said yes I do that's why we're only asking for the amount that I paid which it says right on the Groupon you will do and not the to, his interaction was demeaning and rude. Too bad because the first guy was pretty polite. If it wasn't for that, I would say the place was pretty good. It appears they've recently in the last year or two remodeled, and seem to make it more trendy.

Getting the summer pass makes this location such a bargain. Daytime hours are better for casual games and be prepared to wait on Fridays-Sunday late hours this place get busy really fast. The Norco location has a pro shop and there is an In N Out in the same parking lot which can make getting in from Hamner Ave a chore, it's always advised to enter via 2nd st by the car wash

Booked a party for my son's 8th grade promotion for a Wednesday night. When I booked the event planner advised weekdays are normally very open with not many parties. Normally it's just the leagues playing so they would do their best to give us distance to enjoy our party. However when we arrived we found out there was a few parties booked including what looked like a sports team banquet, so you can imagine how busy it was. With all that being said, the staff and management were ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! We were not left feeling forgotten at any point. Our food and drinks came out timely, as did the replenishments. The service didn't stop after the 2 hour bowling time either. We hung out a bit to use our arcade cards, and even with that staff took amazing care of us, if a machine stopped working Alex was on top of it. I wish I would have gotten all the names to give them shout outs but honestly it was such a great time! I highly recommend this location for bowling/parties!

Manager didn't explain pricing properly. Spent additional $20 because they suggested either bar special or unlimited. I only played 3 games and asked for cheapest option. Turns out unlimited was cheapest though ended up coming out to $66 with the bar special, more than unlimited. Additionally, Purchased deal on Groupon which wasn't redeemable for another 24 hours. All in all bad experience. Would never come back. Manager wasn't the most professional. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

My hubby and I are in the Monday Night Twilighters League (2nd season) and we love it!Carlos the Manager, is always friendly, professional and provides the best hospitality to us, everytime we come bowling. Thank you Carlos :)Additionally, the bartender and service staff is equally amazing and the food is really good!Thank you for making our league experience wonderful on all levels!

Shout out to Angel our host and the manager Alex for being so informative and catering. We had such a fun event! They decorated the table so beautiful that I didn't even have to decorate! We happen to catch the owner that day and he's a just as funny and helpful.

After experiencing such a smooth birthday party for my 7 year old, I had to run to help to rave about it! I hosted my son's birthday here on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and as soon as I stepped foot to the bowling alley, we were greeted by the staff and I was amazed to see how clean it was in there. The staff made checking in was an easy task, they decorated the bowling lane to make it more personal, they consistently refilled our food and beverage table, had the manager do a birthday shout out, and even gave us an extra 15 minutes of bowling due to our last pizza coming out later than expected. I am truly amazed by the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. Thank you for making this mom's life easier! I will be back.

Amanda was MAGNIFICENT during the planning process. She was so professional, super responsive, and made the process a breeze! I was impressed with the whole experience: pre-planning and onsite. Thank you for the perfect experience.KT was SOOOOOOO helpful and took GREAT care of us. He made sure our food stayed stocked. Liz, she was super helpful as well. She got us checked in so fast and was really great. Overall is was just an exceptional experience. Everyone we worked with was absolutely exceptional! Thank you for a great experience!
