Bowlero Moreno Valley

Randomly decided to hangout in Moreno Valley. I haven't taken the family bowling in years. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. We even enjoyed the arcade after we finished bowling. I had a great time with my family.

R U D E ! ! ! do not come here. I have a family member that bowls league here and the staff is insanely unprofessional. I'm not expecting to be treated like the queen of England but some minor respect without eye rolls would be nice considering the games are super overpriced and atmosphere mediocre. I came to hang out while they bowled league and there was a sticky residue on the floor in front of lane 13 and when we asked for it to be cleaned (for safety and cleanliness reasons) we were met with an eye roll and a basic "yea" when we asked the girl at the front desk to clean it. I would give zero stars if I could but Yelp won't let me. The food is overpriced as well as the alcohol. After my husband competed this league his team will not be returning. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

I love coming here regularly for unlimited bowling. Aside from looking forward to bowling, it's always a pleasure to see Ms. Katy. She's helpful and such a wonderful energy to be around. My cousins and I will never fail to ask, "Where's Ms.Katy?!?" to whomever is helping us on her days off.

Katy is the shining star of this operation! Her customer service is above and beyond anything that I could have expected. I agree with the other review: give this lady a raise!

I took my special needs 10 year old son for a hopefully fun day of bowing. I was nervous because he gets overwhelmed easily. Eva Flores from Bowlero made it such an amazing experience for my family! She really catered to our needs and made us feel so taken care of! She insured we had a lane at the end so we would have more space and less overwhelm. She catered to our every need and checked in with us throughout our two hours there! Cannot say enough about the love we felt during our family fun day! Thank you to Eva and the rest of the staff!

Kind staff, doing their best with the amount of people coming in on a Saturday. Unfortunately the location is just not up to par for what a bowlero usually looks like. Chairs and tables instead of booths make it very impersonal to bowl. We had to walk through 2 tables to get to our lane every time. Bowlero is very expensive so my expectations are a little higher for a higher end bowling alley.

Was greeted right away. The tables were clean the lanes were oiled even for the open bowl. The cashier Katy was very polite and helpful and was diligent in her work. Great experience overall.

This is my first updated from a previous review so I'm unsure if my original review will still be visible. I hope so...Anyway my biggest problem I had with this center was the lack of maintenance on the lanes and pin racks. After all it's a bowling alley. This last year they have been doing regular maintenance and calibrations to deliver more consistent racking of the pins in the correct formation. They also this year have got the lane conditioning machine to run consistent and putting down an acceptable oil pattern that seems to be fairly reliable. Not perfect but show me any center that can get it perfect. They really have done a lot this year to improve the center for competitive bowlers to make it a place I enjoy spending my money and getting some good quality practice in.

Been in this city since 2003, always supporting local business. However, will not be returning, I'd rather drive further for better food and customer service. Cold food and poor customer service is not what I was expecting going out with my family. Carlos the manager was a joke! Everything was a No! Never told me what he could do.

Shawarma, Katy and Eva did an amazing job taking care of us. Great service , great food , great atmosphere! Will definitely be back!
