Bowlero Fontana

I recently visited Bowlero, and while my family and I were excited for a fun night of bowling, we ran into a major issue with our lane reservation. When we arrived, our lane was accidentally given to another group, and we were told we'd have to wait an hour. Frustrated and disappointed, we considered leaving--until Chase, the manager, stepped in.From the moment Chase approached us, he was calm, professional, and solution-focused. He apologized sincerely, acknowledged the mistake, and immediately started working on a fix. Instead of making us wait, he found an available VIP lane and upgraded us at no extra charge. Not only that, but he even threw in a free appetizer and a round of drinks (non-alcoholic for the kids in our group)!What really impressed me was how he handled the other group as well. They had also been confused about the lane situation, and instead of escalating the issue, Chase spoke to both parties separately, reassured everyone, and found a fair solution that worked for all. His ability to stay calm, de-escalate tension, and make everyone feel valued was truly impressive. Because of Chase, our night went from frustrating to fantastic. It's rare to see managers take ownership like this, and he turned what could have been a bad experience into one of the best customer service moments I've ever had.Bowlero is lucky to have him, and I'll definitely be coming back because of his outstanding leadership!

GREAT LOCAL PLACE FOR POOL when KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT.There could more places within Fontana to shoot pool - and there probably is. This place, however, is not too bad. As with most places, there are pros and cons. Here is my short list of each for playing/shooting pool at the Bowlero in Fontana.Pros: 1) Great atmosphere. It is lively yet family friendly. Active security on guard on duty. 2) Bar with drinks available. Be sure to bring your ID - no exceptions made. 3) 5 pool tables total are available. One by the bar. The rest is down a but further and around the corner. Most people play while waiting for a lane, so tables open up somewhat quick.Cons: 1) Visitors looking to shoot pool will have to wait in the same line as visitors looking to bowl. This could be a lengthy wait and process at times. 2) When you finally get a set of balls, you'll have to make sure you are given a descent pool stick if you need one. Some have cracked handles and loose tips. Sometimes, they just allow only one stick each table depending on how many sticks are available. It seems like customers break sticks all too often. Or, perhaps bring your own. 3) Be sure they give you a cube of chalk and a triangle rack as they can often forget. 4) Many of the pool tables are dusty as plunk. If you don't mind, proceed with playing. 5) If ordering food, you'll have to make sure you get you get napkins for yourself as these are often forgotten. Finally, the biggest con... 6) if there is only one cashier in working the front, they will make you hold your stick and balls, send you to the back of the line of new customers, then wait to check out and return their pool gear.Although I listed more Cons than Pros, well, I still enjoy coming here as I know what to expect. I've been here a few times so this is a review of the past 3-4 times I've been here to shoot pool. There could be more places in Fontana to shoot pool, but this is the better place I know. Perhaps the Bowlero can improve their pool playing experience here for the customers sometime.

Let me start out that the last time i went to a bowling alley was about 40 years ago. My mom was a cocktail waitress & bowled in a league at one. We would go up after school and bowl. Fast forward to 10/05/2024 i was planning my 10 year olds bday party & my neighbor told me they had just done her grandsons here & how nice it was. So I looked online and booked it without stepping foot into the place.I had my daughter who turned 10 & 6 other fully energetic 10 year olds. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Chase he showed me where we were going to be at and introduced me to Gerhard who would be helping with things.It was such a beautiful set up nothing that I could have expected from a bowling alley.When the others arrived Melissa helped with the shoes. Chase, Gerhard and Melissa provided impeccable customer service. Although they had other guests they would check in often to see if we needed anything.They kept the food coming and the beverages flowing and always with a smile. I myself being a Supervisor was very impressed with their service. It's so hard to get good service these days and especially with the 7 10 year olds I had in the group. My daughter said she loved the party and all her friends said that they had a great time! She even said she wanted to do it again!Our party was 10/05 at 2PM.Thank you again Chase, Gerhard and Melissa for making my big girls double digit party a special day!

Wow. What an experience -- it was my mom's 58th birthday and they pulled out all the stops! Marquis, our server was absolutely INCREDIBLE -- his energy was infectious, he was so on top of it and better yet, he made us feel like family. Their operations manager, Gerardo stopped by to say hello and Marquis even serenaded my mom over the mic for her birthday -- talk about vocals! We loved our experience so much, we will absolutely be back with recommendations! Thank you for making this night a night to remember for our family.

Do not come here. Do not waste your time. We were meeting a friend who lives up in the mountains, and we live in Eastvale. So we decided to drive here since it was sort of in the middle. When we got there, we got in line for food and there was a large party that were very rude. They kept letting people from their party get in line in front of them and what started as two people in front of us ended up being 40 different people, giving their orders to a handful of people and we were literally in line for over an hour. When we got to the front of the line the woman did not even know how to ring up what we wanted to order, which was one of their items on their specials. The real problem started when we went to get a Lane, and we're told that there were no lanes available and we looked back at the lines and of the 40 lines or so with half of them empty. We were then told the parties were going to start showing up and that they were fully booked. We asked them to cancel our food order, and hopefully that happened. I would not waste my time coming to this location again.

Came in on a Sunday, Labor Day Weekend, at 5:30p. Only waited 30 mins for one lane for 4 people. Not bad at all.Staff was friendly. One of the employees told me wait till 6p to get the unlimited bowling for $17 and some change per person. Mind you, I should have done $7.49 per person per game, plus shoe rental. I had 2 kids and they only lasted for 2 games total. Overall friendly staff. Food was good. A bit pricey. Wings were delicious. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner.

Always a great experience... We've ran into G numerous times and he always has a great attitude and makes everyone in the building have a great time. Best place in the IE the roll the ball.

We have been here 2 times in the past couple of weeks and have had a great time! The customer care is amazing at this location! Marquis made our 2 hours at the alley feel like home! He went above and beyond to provide great service and hospitality! You don't see that anymore! He was kind, courteous and attentive! We felt like family to him! While he stood out all of the team members were amazing! Paul, Marco, and Melissa are a few we interacted with! Great job team! We will be back for sure! You guys turned Bowlero into a great experience for our family!

We came here spur of the moment on a Saturday night and we were not disappointed. The Buffalo wings were good. There was a good variety of music. Bathrooms and facility itself was clean. The star of the evening was Dre. His customer service was unmatched. He was so attentive to our group and checked on us all night. He met all of our needs. He was very polite and never made us feel like we were bugging. We will definitely be back in the future because of the time and care he took to provide outstanding service.

Spent a fun birthday night bowling at Bowlero. Marquis was so attentive to our group. The manager, Gerardo stopped by to check on us. Fantastic customer service. Two of our group are in hospitality and would hire Marquis in a second.
