Only had the coconut mocha latte and it was divine! If you love, strong coffee, this is actually pretty good as they use Illy coffee. Very quaint spot in the morning for breakfast or by the veranda for lunch with the sun. The croissants and morning type pastries are right behind you as you walk to the counter. I was wondering where the pastries are since the first thing I saw was the gelato. Very friendly happy server in the morning and you definitely feel very welcomed here.

Terrible experience!!!!Server S rushed the entire meal!! She was extremely rude, 52 minutes before close she told us that she would have to rush our entrees because they closed at 10. Then she proceeded to not bring our food out until 950. It was very uncomfortable. The food was ok, we have been coming here for years and it seems like they don't care anymore. Overall they seemed like they would prefer we weren't there. We will spend our $250 somewhere so sad......

Wasn't bad nor fantastic. My only complaints, were either the food was too cold or overcooked. The bottom of my pizza had looked pretty scary burnt. Also a ton of items were lacking salt. Needed the provided sauces to add some sort of flavor. Other than those three complaints, it was overall a pretty decent time. But it's a once in a lifetime type of experience, personally speaking of course. Two stars deducted for everything that I just mentioned. Sorry but facts.

My best friend and I decided to stop by Bottega Italia on a Saturday evening without a reservation, and we were lucky to be seated right away. The ambience is warm and inviting, with a lively yet relaxed vibe that's perfect for a night out.The staff was friendly and attentive. However, we found the food to be a bit pricey for the portions and overall value. I ordered the bolognese pasta, and it was good. But I was surprised my $25 pasta didn't come with bread...It's a nice spot to enjoy the atmosphere in Old Town, but keep the pricing in mind when planning your visit!

The pasta and pizza were yummy as always, but they definitely need a water filter because the ice and water tasted horrible. Ambiance is cute with indoor and outdoor seating. Very disappointed in the service this time around, super slow and inattentive. We waited too long to get our menus, our drinks, and our bill, even though we told her at the beginning that we were in a rush. Server would walk by and not make eye contact or check in unless I stopped her. It was frustrating to say the least. The gal who was bussing the tables, however, was quick, friendly, and helpful. She would make an excellent server.

Such a good gem in the heart of old town Temecula. Their gelatto was amazing and so were their pastries. Will definitely come back for dinner or lunch next time we're in town.

3.5 The food was good, the atmosphere of the place was super cute, but the service could be a bit better. We ordered suppli which we both thought was an excellent portion, but unseasoned on the inside. The tomato sauce that came with it was super tasty. For the entree we decided to share a pizza and the bolognese. I forgot which pizza it was but it started with a P and was supposed to have arugula on top. Ours came without arugula and some heavily charred basil instead. We ended up not staying anything about the arugula because the rest of the pizza tasted good. The crust was perfection! Chewy but not tough and not too charred. The bolognese is where we came into trouble. The pizza was dropped off first, but the homestead dropped off the bolognese to the table next to us. The server told her it was supposed to come to us and she, without apologizing or any time frame, said she'd get us another one. We had already finished the pizza, our drinks, and had our suppli packed up way before the bolognese even got there. So we asked for it to go and the check. We also had a tough time tracking down our waiter when I wanted to order a drink after our initial sit down. I would go back because I liked the vibe and thee are other things I'd like to try. This also has the same owners as Gourmet Italia so I know the service could be better on another occasion.

Step off the historic Front street and enter into the warmth of Sicilian hospitality! Greeted with a genuine smile and some of the most delicious croissants and pastries that are all baked on premises. Serving specialty coffees made with Illy coffee beans this place is a one of a kind experience. We started with an extra hot double cappuccino, followed by a Frittata which was large enough to share. The star of the show on the frittata plate are the wood fired baked potatoes ... never had anything like it ! Ample fresh prosciutto ham goes perfectly with the delicate egg frittata. Don't miss this charming and delicious place to dine! I plan on coming back for their wood fired pizza and a glass of wine at their classy bar serving liquor and wine. Bravo to the owners and staff ... your efforts and intentions are well executed

Food was a little underwhelming, I'd probably try new things if I went again. The service was attentive and immediate. And the restaurant was classy and the bathroom was very clean.

So... I'm back in Old Town Temecula for some real Italian style food. Decided to check out this Italian restaurant called Bottega Italia. All their ingredients are fresh and imported from Italy. It's a big plus for me. I mean, who doesn't love fresh and imported food from Italy??Food:Suppli (Risotto filled with fresh mozzarella, breaded and fried, served with sugo di pomodoro)Linguine Ai Frutti Di Mare (Fresh mussels, clams, calamari, and shrimp in a red tomato sauce)Tiramisu Gelato in martini cupDrink:RossiniSuppli.... it's a first for me. I've had risotto before, but not this kind though. I actually liked the idea a breaded and fried risotto which by the way was tasty. Heavenly good.Linguine Ai Frutti Di mare.... normally I don't eat mussels, clams, and calamari very often. It's very rare that I eat those items. Because it's all fresh, it's an exception for me. I took a bite of the mussel, oh man, it's sooooo good. then clam, and then calamari, oh and shrimp. Seafood in pasta really make it so good. And for the dessert, Tiramisu gelato in martini cup. And oh boy, did they make this one fresh too? I can tell right away it was a tasty dessert I've had in a while.... especially in the martini cup.Oh, and Rossini is good too. No other comment at this time.Service was great too.Overall, while I'm still waiting to try a real Italian restaurant, Bottega Louie, this restaurant is close enough for me. Definitely will be back again5 stars.
