I'll start out by saying that we have given this restaurant numerous chances, usually once a week, to convince us that we should look forward to returning to the establishment, however, after tonight, we will not be going back. This visit, we arrived at 645pm. We were greeted and advised it would be five minutes to be seated. We were seated within that time period. The restaurant and bar area was not overly busy, and we noticed a family of four across from us appeared to be not happy about not getting any service, at which time we noticed the hostess go to the outside patio to retrieve who appeared to be the waitress for our section, who looked to be visiting with friends. It took some time for the waitress to acknowledge us and ask what we wanted to drink. We provided our drink order and let her know we were ready to order as well. She took our order and even made the remark that she remembered us and promised to not mess up the order this time (last time the chicken on the BBQ chicken salad came out shredded instead of chunks). It took an extremely long time to receive our order, a bbq chicken salad and a cobb salad. The bbq chicken salad came out wrong, it had shredded chicken. The cobb salad came out without any dressing. We had to ask three times for the dressing, meanwhile the bbq chicken salad was sent back and we were assured that they are going to fix it "right away". It took approximately 15 minutes for the salad to be brought out. Meanwhile, the family of four appeared very unhappy and even asked us if this is normal, which we had to tell them that it is. They had a table of food and empty dishes, many empty dishes that were neglected and left there, even with the waitress stopping at the table a few times. Our beverages were iced tea and a water, we had to ask for more iced tea and my water went empty without an offer to fill it up. When the new iced tea came, the empty glass was left. Our dishes sat in front of us, obvious that we were done, and no one bothered to pick them up. The waitress brought our bill, and I had to ask her to take the dishes and voiced my disappointment with the fact that I could not understand why dishes were not bussed from our table, let alone any other table she was working. I would like to say, I come from the restaurant business, managing a high-volume restaurant and have never seen such a poorly run restaurant. Four out of five times there have been problems with the food and the service, and this was not the first time with this particular waitress. I have spoken to management on two different occasions, and it does not appear they are concerned with correcting any problems. Unfortunately, we will not be back.
