A solid 5-stars from me! My boyfriend and I went here to celebrate my birthday. There are a handful of meals where I eat and I think, "I'm so grateful I eat meat. This is delicious." And this was one of those times. We ordered the paella de bolero, which had filet mignon, pork chorizo, and shrimp. It was cooked to perfection and filled both of us up! We had the filet mignon cooked at medium rare. We also got the wine flight to pair with this. For dessert, we got the hazelnut cake. It was flavorful, moist, and not overwhelmingly sweet. The star of the dessert was the bread pudding that our waiter surprised me with (served alongside strawberries and vanilla ice cream, and a lit candle). I don't think it's even on the menu but the bread pudding was so delicious. We had a great time here. Thanks Bolero!

Definitely not what I expected from an upscale restaurant. The service was terrible, there was a bunch of people working and every time we would raise our hands or called a server we would get ignored. I understand some workers have different roles, but the least they can do is acknowledge us or say they'll get our server. There would be 6+ workers just standing around talking amongst themselves and when we'd try to flag one down they would just look away and move to another part of the restaurant. The food was ok, the price point was on the higher side. The paella was alright, the larger serving fed my group of 5. Although my plate in particular had a lot of the burnt edges which I didn't enjoy. We also got the ceviche and the nettle fettuccine, which were both delicious my group enjoyed these both that we got a second plate of the fettuccine. When we got the second plate of fettuccine we were utterly disappointed, it tasted nothing like the first plate as it was dry and seasoned differently. Overall, our experience was bad there's a lot of improvements that can be made in the service and food, but a lot of potential nonetheless.

I've dined here for their Sunday brunch buffet on 1/05/2025. The service was amicable while the food had its ups and downs. Plate #1: butternut squash soup, poached shrimp, garlic shrimp, beef short ribs, pollo y chorizo, and risotto. Plate #2: beef ribeye with au jus, red snapper with orzo pasta, poached shrimp, ahi tuna, and mashed potatoes Plate #3: beef ribeye with au jus, and puff pastry crusted salmon. Plate #4: omelette with all of their ingredients. Plate #5: desserts! Cheesecake, red velvet cake, mocha cake, cinnamon roll, and a pecan pie. The highlight was the prime rib. Its marbling made for tender and juicy bites while the seasoning allowed the natural beef flavor to shine. It's far better than any that I've had at a buffet, and even superior to several made-to-order restaurants. Other standouts were the paella, mocha cake, tender short rib, the shrimp cocktail was chilled and slightly sweet, or poached shrimp as they refered to. Everything else was average, except the salmon in puff pastry that I had was dry. Although, others in my party said their salmon was dewy and delectable.

We did not go wine tasting at this establishment, but we did go to the restaurant. The brunch buffet was pretty darn delicious. It had seafood, chicken, prime rib, omelettes and pastries, not to mention, little silver dollar pancakes. It's beautiful here and the food was fantastic. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the views are also pretty amazing. I do recommend this restaurant. I wish I would have made it for breakfast, I bet it's amazing.

Living just outside of Temecula, we have our choice of dozens of wineries offering memberships. We first tried the wine and its fantastic. But when we tried the food... Ok, sign us up! Love being able to go and grab a glass of wine and one of their delicious small bites or a have a romantic dinner. Breakfast and brunch don't disappoint either. But as members, we have the ability to attend private events such as the "Chef's Dining Experience". Small group of about 30 people (tickets go fast!) are seated at beautifully set, candle lit tables in the Chef's own kitchen. 5 courses, paired wine, and a Birds Eye view of how they make the magic happen, all right in front of you. Interaction and questions are encouraged. My husband said that was in his top 5 best meals of all time. Absolutely worth a visit!!

Visited Bolero again. This time to get the Paella. OMG! It did not disappoint. Delicious! Definitely a must! Ordered the charcuterie while waiting for the paella and it was fabulous as well. Enjoyed a delicious espresso martini this visit as well. Bolero is still the best.

Service here was great as usual. Their food is very tasty/ seasoned well. Be warned though, dining indoors is very loud.

My second time at Bolero did not disappoint. We had a reservation at 6pm on a busy night and were seated right away. Our server, Madison was friendly and attentive and had good suggestions. The Brussel sprouts were one of the best I've ever had, and the friend cauliflower was delicious. My only complaint of the night was the lamb chops- they had the distinct taste and smell of lamb, which not all chops have, and there wasn't too much meat on them. Everything else was fantastic and we left happy. Looking forward to coming back!

Celebrating life on simple, nothing special night! It was slow and quiet when we came in and then there was a boom! What seemed like a crowd that came in on the same bus...we just got there before this rush! It was pretty loud in there with the lights cowlings but it added a family style feel to the very vibrant energy in the restaurant...we ordered the tomahawk and the traditional paella. Both were absolutely delicious! So many rich and fresh flavors made for happy tummies! Can't wait to be back!
