Boba Fiend Tea House

Boba Fiend has been by far the best boba spot ANYWHERE. I've tried boba spots in LA, SD, and nothing compares to the soft and sweet boba from Boba Fiend. Their service was so fast and nice too. And their ambience was the perfect spot for college students to hit for a lil break after studying or something.

Initially, i went before the time the shop was opened due to the employees leaving the door unlocked. A man and a woman continued to reiterate that they open at 12:00pm.So, I wait until 12:00 pm the door was still locked.Makes sense, right I waited until 12:10pm, as i walked off the employees started opening up the shop .No one said, hey we are open or nothing. But its cool!I ended up going to Boba Street located in Moval! Service was Great, and they were open on time! They also had a point system that is online vs stamping a card .Honestly, I love Boba Fiend Tea House the Tea is Great, but the service is shakey. However, I will no longer returning to this establishment to get my Bobba tea!

Can someone please tell me why my favorite boba shop is always closed now??? This is place is fire, boba consistently not chewy and good. Drinks pretty good. Service fine. All things that makes a fire boba shop. WHY ARE THEY CLOSED THO?!

So happy to know there is one down the street fromwork since I've only ever been to the Rancho location!

The drink itself is just as I remember it to be in college. Still good drink but the boba is so hard and undercooked. Also I feel like the owners are being so cheap. There was no air conditioning. The worker said their a/c has been broken all summer. You would think the business owners would step up and fix it but nope. Friends and I made plans to come here and catch up but we couldn't stay here for more than 10 minutes. It literally felt like a sauna in the store! Smh

Always well made drinks, you can customize the sugar level of your drinks. Service is fast. The location could use a little love and decor updates.

Boba fiend is My favorite boba spot. However,, this location constantly drops the ball. Either out of boba, out of half their menu drinks, or out of a certain size of cup.Most recently they were out of taro, brown sugar, Thai tea, tiger milk tea, and just About Every tea besides regular milk or fruit teas. I was excited When a boba fiend location opened out here. Now every time I try to give them a chance I regret not going somewhere else.

Honestly if they would update their hours this place would be great. Wasting people time saying they're open just to pull up & they've been closed.

The boba and drinks are decently good, the times they say they're open is wrong though. they always seem to be closed when i go by...honestly really annoying and they should probably just shut down if they're closed more than they're open. service is alright, kinda shaky, really just depends when you go.

I went about ten minutes ago to grab a drink and the gates were covering the doors. It seemed closed but online there is no notice of any closing. I called the store and it doesn't allow the call to go through. Super disappointing to drive out and be told it's open but show up and no one is here. If you are closed, you should say so. Their Instagram was active as of a week ago and not once do they mention closing for this location.
