located at victoria gardens shopping mall...outdoor counter for orders...menu above with variety of cheese foam topped drinks, smoothies, fruit teas, milks teas and more...lucky 88...toppings or larger size adds $0.88 extra...taking a taro smoothie $6.25 and adding grape boba for extra $0.88...for the 2nd, a messy milk tea with boba $5.65 and making it large for $0.88...the drinks are x-large to start with, so making it larger makes it huge...the drinks are decent, but the price and size is great...

It's a busy boba stand . Only 2 staff with the one at the cashier taking orders is also helping out make the drinks. hence, longer wait time to just order.I don't see him washing his hands as he goes back and forth doing both rolesTried the peach passionfruit green tea... it was just typical.

I was walking around Victoria Gardens with my brother and we were in the mood for a boba after enjoying a burger for lunch. I tried their jasmine green milk tea with lychee jelly and my brother ordered the Thai milk tea with boba. I always order my milk teas with 25% sugar as I do not like them too sweet and it was perfect! I only wish they have more lychee jelly since half way thru the drink there were no more jellies to enjoy Satisfied our milk tea boba cravings !

I think my interests were a bit too curious this time around when ordering the grape cheese foam drink. It tastes like a hat I can only describe as a sort of medicine with the slight cheese foam flavor. The service was fine and the outdoor area of Victoria gardens was nice to walk around while sipping on the drinks. I think the drink was fine and the boba was fine as well. Definitely nothing too special in my eyes.

Boba stand in the middle of Victoria Gardens. Their drinks are pretty good. The staff was very friendly, and it did not take long to get my order. I will say, though, the drinks are on the sweeter side, so if you are not a big fan of sweetness, I would suggest adjusting the sugar levels.It was very refreshing to have their drink on a warm summer morning. The lines were not too long, but I can see how they can be busy at night. Because it is a stand, there is no immediate sitting area.

ORDERhokkaido milk tea (4/5)less ice, less sweet, + extra bobathe drink was on the creamier side, but it was tasty. the boba was flavorless and a little hard. the drink came out to around $8.. a lil pricey SERVICE (5/5)quick and friendly service despite the long line. the drink came out almost immediately. AMBIANCE this is basically just a stand. line was long, but went by quickly on a saturday afternoon. plenty of parking, but it was insanely hard to find.

There's plenty of parking in this mall. It is a boba stand, so not a store and it's located in the center. I got the Strawberry Uji Matcha and it was an okay drink for me. It was really sweet and pretty heavy. Oh Yeah!It's a small outdoor kiosk located in Victoria gardens and surprisingly enough it has some pretty decent refreshers coming out of there. I ordered two drinks they were the strawberry Uji matcha latte and their Hokkaido milk tea. The strawberry matcha was good and the flavors blended really well with that added kick from the matcha. I'm just a fan of Hokkaido so this was already a winner mentally but my buds the tastebuds confirmed it was legit. Overall, drinks are decent but the service is a hit and miss at times but what do you expect when it's coming from a kiosk. No designated seating so you have to find a bench or the grass. On a final note, if you're coming from a major area code don't expect these drinks to be as good as those you're use to if you know where I'm getting at. And that's my take on it, Peace out peeps

Terrible customer service . The kids working the register was so rude , I had to remind myself it's an immature kid working. I ordered my daughter the brown sugar milk tea with boba and he gave me a "messy brown sugar boba" 2 different drinks on their menu. Instead of apologizing for his mistake in taking the order he gave me attitude. Lazy , rude , and incompetent. His parents must be proud SMH. Won't be buying here again.

Our all timesfavorite stop at Victoria Gardens. The drinks are so delicious and in the cute cups. The taste is very consistent and service is super fast.
