Bluewater Poke

Split parking lot with parking on both sides. Overall fairly easy access.Limited outside seating, this is basically a take out affair.That being said this is probably the best poke in the area.The fish is always fresh. They have classic Hawaiian options that many places lack.They don't over charge for toppings and you pretty much can get anything you want toppingwise without an uncharge.Overall if you are into poke it is a can't miss.

I'm so sad--shrinkflation seems to have hit my favorite poke bowl place. Ever since the renovation, both the bowls and drinks appear to have shrunk in size. The two ladies who helped me with my order were lovely, but I found it a bit confusing when the one making my bowl asked if the portions looked good. I didn't have the heart to tell her it looked like half of what I used to get.My large bowl now holds the same amount as a medium, with the filling not even reaching the lid. The sauce is no longer mixed in unless requested, which I didn't realize until it was too late. I didn't want to be a hassle and ask for a remake.The wintermelon tea was missing about an inch of liquid and was so sweet that I could see the syrup floating around. It's disappointing to see my favorite poke spot looking nicer after renovations but falling short when it comes to the food.

The staff seemed friendly. I ordered a large but the portion size and the servings of fish were pretty small. Staff didn't even knock all the fish out and did the cup. I try to have poke about once a week and this was as small or smaller than most medium size bowls I get. Not cheap either, you are paying for a large portion. Restaurant was clean and had nice ambiance for a pick up and go sort of place.I probably won't come back though since the food didn't fill me up.

The spicy tuna is delish and my favorite, I tried the spicy salmon and didn't like it as much, I also get the spicy tako aka octopus and that's pretty good too; been here twice already and I love that they have fast and friendly service, would recommend. I hope they get more drink varieties like tea and other soda alternatives.

Great portions and flavor! This is the first time trying poké in Redlands, and I have to say I was impressed. For $12.50, the portions for the regular size are pretty generous with their unlimited toppings. The fish itself is good and tastes fresh, especially within the price point. The worker was also very friendly and took time to explain any of the sauces or recommendations he had. I would definitely come back again.

The Bluewater Poke spot is more of a grab and go spot. It has two 2-seater tables inside. I do wish there were a few more tables but I'm not against the concept at all. There's no phone to call in an order here too. I think they have a system to do an online order, which I may try in the future.6 step order process when you walk in. It's fairly simple and easy to understand. The workers are also extremely kind and walk you through the process.The quality of the food was so delicious. The ginger was flavorful, everything was great. The worker recommended adding a sauce to pair with their house ponzu and I'm very glad I trusted him! It went well together.I got a large bowl and found it fairly priced. I would return.

Overall it's not a bad place to grab a quick poke bowl. I have had better quality bowls for less at other locations. Also, there is not a whole lot of protein options compared to almost every other place I've been. Other places offer a lot more options, but if you like the basics of tuna & salmon, this place will do. The service was nice, the two who helped me out were nice. The ambiance is clean, but you definitely don't want to sit around there. There is no outside or inside tables & even if it was the door is on a very busy street with nothing special... the highlight of your possible view will be seeing a police chase that started at the Walmart across the street haha.Overall though like I said it's not great, but it's a good place to stop for a quick bowl.

Was a little disappointed by my experience today. The protein and veggies were added to the bowl and sauce drizzled on top. It's not my favorite to do things this way (and I could have sworn they usually mix everything together). The onions were also cut really inconsistently today. I had a bite of a huge onion piece and it really shocked me lol. The teas here are very sweet and syrup heavy. The service was friendly and it was clean inside. It was probably just an off day, I would probably return

Large bowl with half rice and half salad. Salmon, ahi tuna, and shrimp as protein. Ademame, cucumbers thinly sliced, crab salad... House sauce, eel, spicy mayo, a bit of sesame oil.. arekake, crunchy onion and garlic and sesame seeds. You're welcome. You'll thank me later lol Service is always up to part and staff are very professional. The place is always clean and there's plenty of parking. They also make fire mango smoothies with no sugar additives. Instead of reading my review head over and check them out. They also do boba I think. Sorry I didn't post menu but it's totally work visiting.

I got the Brown sugar milk tea today and it was pretty good. Friendly staff and fast service. I have yet to try their poke so I can only speak for the drink on my review. The place looks clean.
