I love that I can "Create My Own" pizza, building it from the crust up!! (Regular or Cauliflower). The friendly staff creates your personal masterpiece starting from sauce choices, plenty of all kinds of toppings available too, delicious! You can sit in and eat or take it to go! Neat and clean too! Beverage choices are family friendly.

Haven't been here in a bit but decided to come give it another shot. I came to Blaze to grab a "quick" bite for lunch. I got here at 11:55am, was not able to place my order until 12:04pm, and did not receive my pizza until 12:22pm. Must be a staffing issue because there was not a long line in front of me when I arrived. Only 3 employees working, there should have been at least 5 I'd think...

Blaze Pizza at Riverside Plaza is a great spot in a busy shopping and dining area close to the 91, featuring plenty of options, including a theatre. Blaze stands out by offering Chipotle-style customizable pizzas, though they also have a set menu if you're looking for something straightforward. The variety here is impressive, especially with their dough options--classic, gluten-free, cauliflower, keto, and high-rise. Prices are very competitive, and the atmosphere is open and cafeteria-like, perfect for a quick, casual meal. What really sets Blaze apart for me are the endless options. From multiple tomato sauces (classic or spicy) to garlic pesto and white cream sauce, you can really craft your ideal pizza. The cheese choices are equally diverse, ranging from classics like mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta to gorgonzola, feta, or even vegan cheese. And while it's not quite traditional Italian pizza, the option to drizzle honey, BBQ sauce, Frank's hot sauce, or buttermilk ranch adds a fun twist. If you prefer something more classic, olive oil is available too. I also love their "well done" option, which gives the pizza a deliciously crispy finish. One tip: Resist the temptation to overload your pizza with toppings (since they're free). It may seem like a good idea, but it often results in a soggy crust, which isn't ideal.Overall, Blaze Pizza is a solid choice for customizable, affordable pizza in a lively setting at Riverside Plaza!

Terrible pizza and service. When I first came in, they couldn't connect my pizza to my name for some reason? I walked to my car while it's still warm, I asked for it well done yet the top looks undercooked and the bottom looks burnt. The pizza it said was 11in with no description that it's half a pizza with only three tiny slices for 15$ and a side. I could've went to little ceasers and got a better looking pizza. $15 for 3 slices of disgustingness you must be out of your mind you should be ashamed to call it pizza and making people pay 15$ for such trash :) fu

I prefer Blaze over most pizza options What stands out the most to me?Their after bake toppings:- Arugula-Sauces: bbq, ranch, pesto, balsamic, buffaloThe original BYO pizza is my go to ever since college and mixing the sauces always gets the taste just right. I went with the pesto garlic and red sauce. With mozzarella and ricotta. For protein I did a trifecta of sausage, chicken, and pepperoni. To pair along with it I also added artichokes, roasted red peppers, jalapeños, mushrooms, extra cilantro. Yes this medley is my ultimate combo and hands down my favorite way of ordering. To quench that thirst, they make in house lemonades, dare to try their delicious blood orange lemonade! Beats everything on a hot day!

Build your own was pretty damn good if I say so myself. Food here is great and the employees provided great service even though it was incredibly busy. Even a blind man can see that. Blaze Pizza 10/10

I thought I was "carb counting", until I received a reward for $2 off a salad or bread. Guess which one my alleged carb counting self chose?!?! You got it! The Pesto Cheese bread was my choice, and I'm glad I did, cause that bread was DELISH!!! It was prepared just right....soft, cheesy and flavorful. If I'm going to pack on carbs with bread, that one will definitely be one of my choices!

I came here yesterday for a pizza for a late lunch around 2 pm. It was pretty empty. I ordered one build-your-own pizza. I added sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, salami, tomatoes, spinach, onion, bell peppers, & pineapple. I asked for it well done and the edges of the crust were super burnt & crispy. A bit overcooked for my taste. I added balsamic glaze & pesto sauces to it.

Ive been coming to this location for years, and it used to be SO GOOD! But the past 2-3 years its suffered from higher costs and lower quality. The crust is paper thin and soggy with burnt edges, the most flavor is the salt seasoning. Also whatever flour (?) they put on the bottom I understand is to keep it from sticking, but when cooked its just a charred layer of raw flour and tastes awful! If youre craving pizza its okay I guess, but disappointing to see these changes.
