Can't thank the folks at black swan enough for our party. They did all the planning for my wife's 40th birthday party and the decor, style, colors, and set up were perfectly planned and coordinated. They delivered and set up our entire party of more than 50 guests with very tasteful designs and materials. I will definitely come back to black swan for my next parties.

The first option fell through so had to make other arrangements! So called Black Swan! Salmon who helped us tried to find the best solution for us and made it work! He worked with us and was able to get what we needed. He was very helpful! We will definitely be booking them again in the future! We rented there umbrellas and gold wedding chairs! Initially, I contacted a few companies to get some quotes, and Black Swan had the best customer service by far. Sal's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident from the start, and I knew I was in good hands with this small business owner immediately which made my decision easy. My initial communication with Sal had me sold. He was quick to respond in multiple modalities, patient with all my questions, efficiently provided quotes for a couple of different scenarios, and was willing to travel a bit farther than his typical service area for delivery and pick up to accommodate our need, providing clear instructions and ensuring everything arrived on time.I highly recommend Black Swan to anyone planning an event in California, especially if you're coordinating from out of state and are seeking a reliable small business you can trust.

I can't thank Sal enough! You made working with you so easy. I was going for a rustic look for an emergency surprise engagement party, Sal saved the day. The tables and chairs I rented were not only BEAUTIFUL, his rentals were reasonably priced. Communication with Sal was exceptional, I requested info he got right back to me. I asked for more detailed photos of what I was looking for and he immediately sent them. He delivered at the time he said he would and gave me heads up before pick up.
