Wow! Keep this one a secret as long as you can. It's a hidden jewel. Amazing! You know your drink is well crafted when they do the snoopy taste test before serving (obviously with a clean straw)Quality concoctions have a tale tale sign.. the bartenders aren't loud, they don't fill half of the glass with ice and they taste to adjust before serving their creations. The exclusive menu varies by season. Whichever one you decide to dive into may just be the one that reminds you of your favorite book. It will stay with you for a long while. You'll compare it to others and some may come close to hitting the mark but it won't be the same. The intimate venue boasts speakeasy perfection. Though the tight space may not be for everyone it is worth it for the quality you will receive. A small party of 20 could easily take over this space.. Yelp? Any dates? Lol.. IDs and house rules are checked before entry. I won't spoil it for you but I luv how they incorporated this space into the structure. Great staff and ease of reservations on the website. Parking in downtown tends to be popular on the weekends so plan accordingly.

Not many speakeasies in the area so not a lot of competition, but this one would still be up there for dark library vibes. Austin, the bartender who is usually there when we go, is a great mixologist and makes most of the rotating and creative cocktail menu. He's also great at making creative alterations on the fly. The food menu expands on the restaurants main menu. Love going here for a date night. Can reserve online in advance or take your chances in a small group to get on the waitlist in person. Best chances before 8:30 and after 10. See you next time!

Restaurant was unique and perfect for our anniversary. Service was great and the drinks were excellent!

Been going to "The State" since opening. When this speakeasy opened a while back never had the chance to go. After last night. Why would I ever even go back to the main restaurant when this is available.It's small, quaint, and perfect. The ambiance changes with the times(twilight zone theme leading into Halloween)Staff was very helpful, and my wife and I had a wonderful time. 10/10 will go back. Loved it!

Cool little speakeasy. Very small so make sure to get a reservation. Cocktails are made with care and take a little longer, buuuut it took way to long to get drinks. Considering there were only 6 people in the place, and it took a half hour to get our 4 people drinks, seemed excessive. Drinks were good, and would have probably wanted to have a 2nd, butvwe didn't have that much time.

Our evening at black antler was amazing. It was our first time here. The ambiance was quaint and intimate. We sat at the bar and were quickly greeted by Evan. He informed us of the drink specials. The drinks were unique and delicious. I ordered the brushetta and that was delicious. Bailey and Evan were great company. They were very engaging and added to the experience. We will definitely be returning.

I've been going here since they first opened and every single time is a unique, and pleasant experience. The cocktail, and food pairings menu changes seasonally and is never anything but exceptional. I had the "El Coquito" and it was amazing, I'll definitely have to come back before the menu changes again. My wife had a drink called something like "Bourbon Berries and Jam" and she loved it as well, it was familiar and unique all at the same time. We had the Poutine, Braised Short Rib Tacos, and Friend Brussel Sprouts. I've been craving some poutine for a while now and this absolutely hit the spot. I couldn't recommend the place any more, if you've never been here you have to check it out.

First time here at a speakeasy and it was quiet and peaceful.Fits approx 12 ppl....the Drinks and Food was exceptional

First class cocktails in an authentic speak easy. In addition to some of the best cocktails I have had on minute this cost speak easy gad fantastic food for everyone from carnivore to vegans.
