Stumbled across this hidden (more like hidden in plain sight) gem by mistake, literally wasn't even looking for a sandwich place to eat at, but being the type of people we are when it comes to supporting local business, we had to give it a shot, just outta curiosity alone... AAAAnd God did we make the smart decision. This place puts all the major sandwich competitors to shame. It's a home town feel environment, with big flavor behind it. Let me tell you about Debbie, the sandwich making queen! She's like visiting your favorite auntie. TAKE A HIKE SUBWAY! SEE YA JERSEY MIKE'S! BK SUBS rules these streets when it comes to that sangwich life!

Well.. this went downhill. I was an old customer that has been going to this location for years !! The original manager was a nice guy who was working, literally, ridiculous hours and always alone, but STILL had great service. He quit a while back. So we haven't been back since. Today we decided (my son and l) to go and get some sandwiches. We pulled up. At first it was jsut me waiting as my son was still in the car. Then both of were waiting at the door for a solid two- three minutes since the worker was still mopping and ignored us... and so we waited. My son and I thought "okay we can go in now", the worker stopped look at my son and said "Really?! Are you really walking on my wet floor?!" I was standing at the threshold and said "Excuse me?! We waited you didn't acknowledge us and you just kept mopping... And we STILL waited. Then we walked in!" I LET HER KNOW THAT SHE LOST US AS CUSTOMERS AND HER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. The place was empty with no one around-- I informed her that this horrible service will be reported. She said she's the manager!! With that being said ... This is so disappointing and can't believe that our favorite sandwich spot would have such horribly rude employees to run it.

This BK Subs location is next to the Big 5 Sporting Goods store on the southeast corner of Redlands Blvd and Alabama. Getting in and out of the parking lot, is a bit tricky: traffic in this area is heavy. While there was plenty of parking, the parking has a fair amount of pot holes. I was there at lunch hour on the weekend. There was only one staff member working and she was a bit behind, but was working hard. As you can see from my sandwich pic, I had a Turkey sandwich. This is their small sized one. I ordered it simple. The veggies were fresh: I liked the shredded lettuce. This holds more oil & vinegar dressing. The oil was fresh and light, the Italian seasoning with it was appropriately light. The turkey was very mildly flavored. The bun was made with white flour, and really didn't have any flavor. Overall, it was a simple and mildly flavored sandwich.

This sandwich was a major major disappointment!! There was one slice of turkey the rest of the sandwich was all lettuce and tomato

Tiny space but good for lunch. I'm proud the store is family owned. The service is impeccable and I highly suggest eating here. Perfect sandwiches.

BK Subs has been a childhood staple for me, and it continues to impress. The quality and taste of their sandwiches are simply phenomenal. The service is always prompt, making every visit a pleasure. This place will always be a favorite!

I haven't been here for ages and was craving a Turkey Avocado Sub. It was still great! The store was clean, there's seating inside. The service was good. They make great sub sandwiches at a great price. If you're looking for a great turkey avocado sandwich this is the place.

The roast beef was fake over processed and way too salty. The service was good. The place was dirty and run down.

DISGUSTED & DISAPPOINTED There was mold on my bread and when I called to let them know the guy was like no my bread is fresh every day. LIES! Won't be coming back here.
