Birria Petes

I've eaten at Birria Pete's when he's been at Ritual Brewery. Unfortunately Redlands sucks and won't allow food vendors without a food truck. That means Birria Petes won't be in Redlands anymore starting in November. City of Redlands and Ritual Brewery, just to let you know, EVERY Tuesday since I've tried Birria Petes, I've been at Ritual Brewery. Literally 5+ weeks straight. I can GUARANTEE you that starting November, I will NOT be going out every Tuesday. Now, on to the food. Yes, it's beef and not goat. If you can get past that technicality, you're in for a surprise. The first time I tried the soft taco and mulita and I was addicted. From then on, I've ordered a mulita every week. Wife also really likes the mulita and will go out with me and wait just for the mulita. I've also had the burrito and omg, it's literally one of the best burritos I've had. The beef is just so juicy and delicious in the mulita and burrito that you can't help but like it. His pickled onions are also FIRE. A little spicy and tangy but very balanced and tasty. The guy definitely works hard, has good food so please support him. Find out where he's at on IG, birriapetes.Heads up, good food takes time. You'll have to wait. Be patient, he's working on his own.

We had Birria Petes at our work and it was GREAT! Everyone who had their food was happy with it! I hope we can have them back here again.

I only go to Ritual Brewing when Birria Pete's is there. The birria quesatacos are ELITE! He's does the cooking on his own so expect to wait a little longer than average but it's SO worth it! If you can't wait for good food, go to taco bell.

Food and service was amazing. We ordered the birria ramen which was perfect for the cold weather and it had a lot of flavor. We also had the birria burrito which was also delicious. They both had the perfect topping on the side, salsas, onion & cilantro, and pickled onion.definitely a spot to check out at the Derby Room in Pomona!

I love the baked potato! It's a lot and shareable . They also give free consume which is unheard of. Not many birria spots do that . They always have a long line so be patient when ordering . If you're lucky enough to show up with no line service is fast ! They really care about the way the food taste . For the past two years their food hasn't changed . It taste just like the first time i tried it . Also a must is their pickle onion ! Is the star of the show

I didn't take a picture because I was too hungry to stop eating! If you like birria or never tried it you have to try this place! It's soooooo good! We had the quesatacos and they were amazing. Check them out!!!!

Quality quality quality! Good things take time and these do not disappoint. Had these tacos on my wedding day and every Tuesday since at ritual brewery. It's worth the wait if you order

My boyfriend and I have tried Birria Pete's twice and both times it was delicious *chef's kiss* Birria is so flavorful! Not spicy so I even shared my Birria quesadilla with my toddler and he also loved it. I had some of their green salsa as well and it was great. I highly recommend this place.

Best birria I've ever had-hands down. Juicy, tasty, not greasy. Just *chef's kiss* can't wait to have it again
