I didn't actually eat here but just want to leave a review for the amazing service rendered by one Mr. Derek, who was on duty last night. It was closing time and my little toddler wanted milk. I was just thinking where the heck can I find milk at this hour and getting ready to head out to the night... Thats when I decided to make to turn and walk to the restaurant bar to try my luck. I was expecting a natural refusal, but Mr. Derek went out of his way and got a glass for me.It was a small thing but extordanarily kind guesture on Mr. Derek's behalf. If you read this Derek, Thank you so much and my little toddler really loved that milk! Easiest glass she finished off for a while :)

The resort is awesome and the convenience is 10/10 for being in the hotel. However, too many things rubbed me the wrong way. And apparently that's a thing here. First, they told us 1 hour wait when half the tables were empty. Well, that can mean so many things. However, when 50 minutes went by, they refused to seat us and said we must wait the full hour. Half the tables are still empty. Then I waited 5 minutes past their assigned minute for us. She never came to get us!!! So I said is the tables ready. She said "fine." We go back there to the empty restaurant at this point, and I had to move the tables together for our party. Literally I did it. And the same tables were empty the entire time. So we got hit with last call as we sat. Just rubbed me the wrong way. The food is very sugary. It felt like everything had honey or sugar in the marinade or sauce. Even the savory dishes. Finally, the labels didn't match. The word Prime is used but the meat doesn't look Prime. It looks choice at best. I didn't ask or complain. We enjoyed the company. But too many things were sticking out to me as common. Overall, it's a pleasant resort spot. Family friendly. The decor has this rustic , moldy, burnt wall paper that makes no sense. But other than that it looks nice. None of the dishes are photogenic. I didn't take any photos. Aside from the truffle fries that were just fries with Parm cheese on it.

Great food. Great view. Special recognition for the manager Demi - he helped us quickly and amazingly. I shared with him that one of my children is very sensitive to noises and sound and we were seated in a noisy section. He listened and moved us without a second thought to the wine tasting room - where we dined in a much quieter ambiance. We also wanted to recognize our server Cayro - he was attentive and so knowledgeable even though we were in a far away part of the restaurant. The food was great - the salmon and risotto was divine. The carrot cake was the best I have ever had. We will definitely be back.

Our favorite place to eat while in lake arrowhead. The bartenders are always great and the food is awesome. We make sure we come in every time we stay at the resort

Bin 189 in Lake Arrowhead is just as bad as the negative reviews say. Horrible service, unfriendly staff, and a rude, unprofessional manager who refuses to take responsibility for mistakes. The food is overpriced and downright inedible--I'm not even picky, but this was awful. Even the water tasted like chlorine. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.

The food is not bad, some menu items better than others. I've had the salmon 3 times and every time it was charred super dry even though I asked for medium . our server was very short with us when we asked for more bread she said "I don't have any bread right now." The table next to us had a chair that was all torn up, it does not belong in an establishment like this... the management should pay closer attention to details

Ate here a couple times during our stay and everything we ordered was delish! Personal favorite is the kale salad w/ grapes and brussel sprouts. Chicken wings and burger were all cooked to perfection.10/10 for the ambiance. We always easily got a patio table w/ no wait, and the panoramic view of the lake is breathtaking! Servers and the manager are always so friendly and on point. We can't wait to stay at this hotel again it was a very lovely weekend.

1 star off for the long wait for our food. The server was nice but it took awhile after the bread for our dinner to arrive. Besides us there were probably 2 other tables with diners. We ordered the Buffalo Wings, Ahi Tacos, Truffle Fries and Seasonal Burrata. The wings were so crispy delicious! The Burrata has some roasted artichokes and arugula salad that paired well. The fries had just enough truffle flavoring. Would have enjoyed the view if we dined during the day. Just darkness outside with some patio lights during dinner. The hotel was decked out with Christmas decor and holiday music playing.

I have celiac and am very used to limited gluten free options on a menu. This place offered a burrata salad. That was it. Not a single entree. I asked the server to verify that was my only option and after consulting the chef, confirmed it was. Since that was not going to be a filling meal, we ended up going somewhere else for dinner.

I can't comment on the food, but the management at this place is appalling. I reserved a table for a Christmas Day dinner for a family of 8. Our reservation was at 6 PM, but after checking in and waiting 45 minutes with no update, the manager informed us that the party ahead of us, who reserved at 5 PM, was still dining, and he had no ETA for when our table would be ready. He was unapologetic and dismissive, essentially telling us to deal with it because it's a busy occasion. It's baffling that a restaurant would schedule reservations so tightly, especially on a holiday, expecting patrons to finish their meals in under 60 minutes. Even fast-casual spots typically allow 90 minutes. After waiting even longer, we ultimately decided to leave, returning to our cabin to start from scratch cooking Christmas dinner. I felt awful for choosing this place, as it completely ruined what should have been a beautiful and special gathering.
