This review is for the hostess TIFFANY there on Sundays. We asked her if we could sit outside to which she snapped "we don't have people to serve you out there!". Ordinarily I would have accepted this answer with no problem, however her snarky tone of voice was not appreciated nor warranted. I then asked her for menus for take out, but she snapped "wait" and instead went back to shuffle some receipts near the bar. Seeing that we were standing there waiting for a solid 5 minutes while she played around with some papers, the bartender asked her if she wanted him to seat us, but we heard her say "I got it". She finally came over and we asked her for menus again to which she sarcastically replied, "You don't know what you want??" Her foul attitude prompted us to leave. It's sad that one person can stop customers from wanting to come back.

This evening, a group of family and friends decided they wanted to eat at Benjarongs. The last time I ate at Bejarongs in 2020 or 2021, the tofu was hard and had been reheated. I have purposely avoided eating at this restaurant but I was trying to keep an open mind. My son and I both ordered pad Thai noodles with tofu. The noodles were stuck together, as if they were left over from lunch or the day before. The bill for two people was over $50 and the food was absolutely disgusting! To make matters worse, the person we spoke with to make a reservation said they closed at 8:30 pm. At 7:45 pm, they came to our table to say they were closing in 15 minutes. The whole point of getting together was so that we could spend time talking with people we do not see very frequently. I will NEVER choose to eat here again. Mu is SO much better and their staff is much more accommodating.

Upon entering this Thai restaurant, you're greeted by beautifully arranged string lights and a spacious outdoor seating area. It was my first visit, and I was meeting a large group of friends for a graduation dinner. The staff were incredibly accommodating, setting up a large table for us. I was particularly impressed by our waitress, who took our 12-person order effortlessly after hearing it just twice. The wait wasn't long, and the food arrived promptly.I ordered their Bangkok breeze for a drink, which offered a nice tropical flavor with subtle hints of rum. Our table shared some spring rolls, but they turned out to be more like egg rolls in appearance and taste. For my main course, I opted for the chicken drunken noodles. While the noodles were cooked perfectly, the rest of the dish lacked seasoning. The chicken was bland and lacked flavor, and the overall dish wasn't spicy despite the menu description. Although the staff provided excellent customer service and the seating area was charming, I found the food disappointingly bland. I would likely return for the ambiance, live music, and drinks, but not for the food.

Amazing food and great customer service! Every dish we had was wonderful and it was nice having a good Thai restaurant in the Redlands area. My family's favorite dishes were the chicken kraw pow and the mango sticky rice was delicious even when mangoes aren't in season!! Will be back very soon.

On my last outing here the food was excellent as before, but the place was less than forthcoming and then stingy on providing requested sauces like Soy Sauce, Sweet & Sour Sauce, Chili Oil, and the like. And an appetizer of Spring Rolls was dumped on the table at the same time as my entree of Pepper Beef & Steamed White Rice. Add those unwelcome circumstances to a recent huge price hike on lunch items, and I am less pleased with the experience here than I used to be.XXX-1/2 stars overall on this last visit.

I have been there in the past and thought it was average. I have returned twice within the last month, and I thought that the food has improved. I love the sticky rice with mango. My friend had the pineapple chicken dish, which was very tasty. The service was a tentative, and the room is light and airy. the host/owner seems to really connect her customers. She goes out of her way to make the Customer feel very special.

This is our favorite Thai place ever! When we come (which is regularly) we are always treated like family! The food is always consistent, delicious and the staff even knows what we order! We have two kids and they love it also! Always clean and neat and we enjoy the patio for outside when the weather is nice. Sometimes they have live music which is cool too. Highly recommend!

You can find beauty in the caring that someone lovingly gives and the passion that they sow into the lives of others. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner. What a beautiful and humble soul which reflects in the food and ambiance of this wonderful establishment.
