Bella Mia Pasta

2nd time eating here, as other reviews say there always seems to be a really long line and you'll be waiting. But holy moly it's so good. I got the spicy Chili De Arbol with chicken and added crushed Hot Cheetos on top. $22 isn't cheap but they give you a massive amount. This is enough for 2-3 people. And the flavor is out of this world. It's saucy, the pasta's cooked perfectly and the chicken's tender and has a ton of flavor. The 1st time I came I got a piece of grocery store frozen Texas Toast for my garlic bread. That was the only thing I didn't love. I don't mind that stuff, but the pasta and sauce are so good the bread was a let down. Tonight it was some sort of Ciabatta like roll. I dunno if they changed the bread, but this was great. It was soft and delicious. I hope to get this again next time.The spicy version of their alfredo isn't super spicy, but it does have a nice kick. And the amount you get is great, I'm a glutton and will eat off this for like 2.5 meals. Both times now it was a close to 30 minute wait, but it's totally worth it. I'll definitely be going back soon to try the crispy hot honey chicken version.

Well. We saw a tiktok for this truck. We had seen it before at the gas station so we decided to try it. We got a menu before hand so I knew what I wanted. My husband also. We got there just as they begin, around 4 so our wait was not bad. (Negative reviews talk about long wait times, bad customer service and several food poisonings. Had we read that before going, we wouldn't have gone. Thankfully neither of us got sick) I noticed the high pricing before we even decided to go there but I figured that should mean this would be an outstanding meal. Everything in their promo talks about all thier fresh ingredients but their pasta is not fresh made. I got the hot honey crunchy chicken Alfredo and added mushrooms. (30 bucks) My husband got the chicken Alfredo. (28 dollars) He didn't like his, said it was bland, very little flavor or seasoning on the chicken. I liked mine a lot but not enough mushrooms and the lack of home made pasta made this place WAY too expensive. We paid nice restaurant sit down with service prices and what we got was pasta from a truck. I asked about the garlic bread (it is not garlic bread) I was shown the "roll" told it was cut in half and was added seasoning and garlic butter. You get one with your meal. We both decided to get one extra. That was a mistake. It's just a roll, so far from garlic bread it is not even funny. Not cut in half. Barely a taste of garlic. Just a roll. They could fix this if they wanted. I'm guessing they don't want to since it's mentioned in several other reviews. They would have to fix their bread and their prices for us to go back though. If their price point was around 15 bucks or less I'd give them another try and obviously we don't have a problem paying higher prices for good food but this was not even close to worth what they are charging. Their dishes are worth about 15 bucks. Maybe with the shrimp a little more but from the other reviews it appears they do not clean their shrimp properly and that is just disgusting. Regarding customer service. There are far too many reviews about people on the truck being rude and while the lady taking our order was very nice, there was a younger man standing behind her doing absolutely nothing but lording over the cashier. (Not the owner or cook, he was hiding deeper inside and didn't even say hello) This guy though. he looked at us both several times with no ability or desire to smile or make us feel welcome. I even smiled directly to him when picking up the order, I thanked him, intending to thank all of them plus the lady in front and in spite of looking me directly in the eye when I was thanking him, he didn't acknowledge me or smile back or even say thank you or your welcome. That was very weird to me and gave hard vibes on discrimination but maybe it is indeed just rude, ungrateful people running the truck. End result, we don't recommend this food truck and won't be going back unless they fix their pricing.

Update: this establishment is the rudest people we've ever had to deal with. Not only we're they confrontational about my original review. They had no plans on making it right. All they wanted to do was argue about why I was there if I received bad customer service. The cook / owner whatever he is couldn't fathom that if the food is good the customer service doesn't supercede that especially if my interaction last 30 seconds then I get my food and walk away. Not once did he apologize for the bad experience or anything. They refused to accountability for their actions. Which is such a shame because the food is so good.I love the food. Enough to were I come atleast twice a month. Finally took my dad to try it out and he ordered the CDA Alfredo with shrimp and brocoli. We got home and we got ready to eat just for my dad to open his plate and have no brocolli and about 3 pieces of shrimp. I've never ordered any other toppings on my pasta, I just get how it comes. So I can't say I've had those issues before. But I brought it up to the girl taking my order and her response was "he must've forgotten and ate it cause that never happens here." Way to take responsibility. I would understand that response if I asked for a discount or comped items but I just brought it up because my dad was upset about it. Terrible response from the cashier.

Bella Mia Pasta is a great food truck based in the parking lot of a Chervon station off the 91 and Van Buren. I recently came by with two friends for one friend's birthday after an evening of drinking. One friend had eaten at the food truck before and raved about it so we took her word and came by. I ordered the Fettuccine N Cheese and added broccoli. It came with one slice of garlic bread. The pasta was slightly undercooked / al dente. The sauce was fantastic. Nice and thick. Flavorful. The breadcrumbs and smoked bacon were nice complements. I wish there was more broccoli. The serving size is much larger than expected. I was able to eat leftovers for almost two additional meals. It warmed up nicely. One friend got the shrimp fettuccine while the birthday guy got the chicken alfredo with smoked bacon. They both enjoyed their dishes. I didn't get the chance to try either of them. Everything is made to order so we had to wait around 25 minutes. Unfortunately, there isn't anywhere to sit so you can cop a squat along the curb and eat in your car. My friend was celebrating his birthday so I got a discount on his entree and a sweet birthday message on his to go box. We were helped by Jackie. She was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Can't wait to try other entrees.

I must say, not only is the food absolutely amazing! It's hard not to taste like most Alfredo's considering the ingredients. These folks PERFECTED it! From the smiles to the flavors. All around, amazing! BTW the gal who makes the Dubai strawberry cake.. word cannot describe! So impressive. Thank you! Such a fun family date sitting car side enjoying amazing food! Food is fire cannot lie AS i passed by all the time. Hot honey chicken is really nice thin crisp layer.

Really good fusion style pasta. The truck is always tucked away and they have a small establishment but a big heart. Their customer service is very good and accommodating. They serve both type of pastas, one with whatever meat you choose or one with just veggies. In fact if you opt out of meat, you can substitute meat with veggies for no extra cost. Otherwise each topping is like $2 each. First I thought they charge a lot per plate, but I soon realized that these plates are not meant for one person at all. It's meant for atleast 2.5 normal person. So mind what you order otherwise you might to eat leftovers for days . So for the price, the quantity is amazing. But the question is the quality good? I would say absolutely! Their signature sauces don't have any eggs and it's vegetarian. Their spicy pasta is the best in my opinion. One thing is they don't have any other type of pasta accept linguine. Their pasta dishes are fusion and they taste really good. Pay them a visit they are located at the Chevron gas station right opposite the In -N- Out in Riverside CA.

We drove out to Riverside to eat at this food truck, however we got there too late as they ran out of food.As we could not ry anything I can't give a strong review. The food truck is more of a trailer and we arrived before closing, they just did not have enough food.2 Stars and that is being generous.

Best Pasta in the IE. I highly recommend this spot. The Roasted Poblano Alfredo is my go-to. The location is perfect because you could just go grab snacks & drinks at the Extra Mile & put gas all in the same place. They always greet me with a smile & make me feel welcomed. I hope they open up a restaurant one day. That would be epic!

Absolutely love Bella Mia pasta , totally worth the drive from Anaheim , from the great food to the friendly customer service , not to mention the strawberry crunch tres leches cake is delicious always hits the spot . Highly recommend 10/10 plenty of parking , better then Olive Garden
