The food is nothing short of amazing--every dish bursts with bold, traditional flavors, and you can taste the freshness in every bite. Whether it's the perfectly spiced red and green chile, the handmade tortillas, or the tender, flavorful carne , everything is cooked to perfection.Service is just as impressive as the food. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to offer great recommendations. You never feel rushed, and they genuinely seem to care about your dining experience. If you're looking for a place that serves up delicious, high-quality New Mexican cuisine with a welcoming atmosphere, this is it! Highly recommend!

New spot with a "Chipotle" style set up, but with fresh tortillas, and rotisserie style cooked meats. Family owned and operated. I spoke to the owner (Hector & his son's operate the business) and he explained their concept and how to pronounce their name. Baqba is pronounced "Ba-que-ba" in Spanish or phonetically broken down in English as "BAH-keh-BAH" The space is small with a few seats inside and a few outside. The food is delicious! I'll definitely be back to enjoy some great and fresh food.

Baqba is hands down the best new Mexican spot in town. Way better than Chipotle and way more authentic. The place is super clean, and the food? Insanely good. They've got three different types of charred meat, including al pastor, sirloin, and arrachera (skirt steak), all spinning on that vertical rotisserie, getting that perfect char. The flavor is next level--juicy, smoky, and seasoned just right. The salsa selection is solid, too. Their hottest one could've been spicier, but everything else was on point. My sister and I split a burrito bowl and two tacos, and those fresh tortillas? Straight-up amazing. I saw someone say the burrito bowl portions were small, but that wasn't my experience at all. Ours had a ton of meat, and we didn't even add rice.Picture Chipotle's setup, but with real Mexican food. You move along the counter, choosing from meats kept warm in chafing dishes, and customize your meal as you go.In times like this, it's important to support and uplift our Latino community and small businesses instead of spending our dollars on large corporations like Chipotle. No doubt, I'll be back at least once a week. If you're looking for real, quality Mexican food, this is the spot.

This is a great place for lunch! This spot uses the Chipotle concept. However, it is very small and has extremely limited space...only three tables. I got a bowl of meat, veggie, and toppings. It was delicious, and I was able to take the rest home for dinner.

Yeah Chipotle, might never set foot there again after trying this spot. Got myself a sirloin steak burrito bowl with the works. These guys actually give good portions. The steak was seasoned good and tender, and all the ingredients I added tasted fresh. I wouldn't be surprised if these guys start expanding real fast.Sirloin Steak Bowl: 8.0

Please update your hours or adhere to them? Drove 20 minutes to come try this as it stated it's open until 11:30pm Friday's. Arrived at 10:15 and they were closed. Bummer!

I tasted the different proteins. The chicken was the only protein I thought lacked flavor and could use a marinade. It needed more seasoning. Everything else was spot on. I don't mind paying as long as the quantity and quality meet expectations. The customer service was great. The tortillas were also better than anything around this location. By far better tasting than Chipotle. I bought 8 Tacos and 2 bowls the total was $73.64.

First timers, and we enjoyed a refreshing & greatly packed bowl. Awesome selection of toppings and meat choices. Definitely needs to expand with more seating inside and maybe more drink options. Will be coming back to try other items on the menu!

Half pastor half arrechera, portions are better than chipotle, tastes like authentic Mexican food because of how the meats are cooked on a spit/trompo similar to taco stands in Tijuana. Definitely want to come back to try their burritos since I saw them making the tortillas fresh on the cast iron. Place is small but service is quick even during lunch rush.
