This use to be my go to place for all my party supplies. Unfortunately not too many parties lately, however I needed some balloons today. The son is working and he was extremely rude to everyone waiting. He seemed put out that we all wanted balloons. He was not patient nor friendly. Very sad his mom was always so helpful. This is your lively hood, how can you be so rude? I try to shop small and give locals my business but this was ridiculous! I left.

This place was a little scary trying to park Out front and trying to get out of our car. Traffic doesn't stop and is very busy on the weekend. I walked in and roamed around for about 5 minutes looking for a Fortnite themed piñata. There was nobody in sight. I stated to leave and came across a senior lady who went to get her son. Very friendly gentleman. He told me no fortnite anything. Disappointed I left. I can't really judge this store based on the little time i spent in there, but for. Little hole in the wall party place, it was good enough.

Called to inquiry about possibly renting some of their party supplies, thankfully I didn't. Their customer service is poor and very rude. Not a great way to run a business. Recommend seeking elsewhere to spend your money.

rude, racist or both!i was just there today and when myself and cousin (african americans) walked in - we were told by the one and only old caucasian male in the store that he'd be with us in a moment. we cheerfully said hello and looked primarily at pinatas. the caucasian male continued to converse with a caucasian customer who also seemed to be a friend. we stood by, waited patiently simply to ask the price of a pinata. but the two kept conversing and the man who worked there never looked at us although the customer did. she attempted to wrap up the conversation since her transaction had been complete prior to our arrival but the man kept asking her about different people they know. finally, i respectfully said excuse me in a regular voice and tone because i have class and tact. i tried this a few times anywhere from a minute to thirty seconds apart up to three times. by the last time, i spoke a little louder although i knew they heard and were ignoring me. i attempted to ask how much are pinatas? the man said yeah okay, excuse us. i'll be with you in a minute. i tried to say it's just that my cousin has to be at work soon. he became disrespectful and spent his time talking over me in an attempt to continue his conversation but it would have been quicker and easier to assist me respectfully each time i asked tactfully or waited patiently. weird! funny thing is i work in marketing advertising and promotions. i'm currently planning a family reunion and various events for work come up often. i was about to come back another day and buy most things there since i saw a few things while present. unfortunately, i will not spend my money there and neither should you unless you support unnecessary disrespect and rudeness for no good reason!

I had to run in to buy birthday balloons yesterday and was in a big hurry since I needed to be at work in 15 mins. They got me in and out quickly with fantastic service as well. Very happy with my experience!!

Been coming here since my son turned 6 and he's now 14. He doesn't want balloons anymore but I still go back for his little sister and my nieces. Easy and affordable and never any issues or waiting for my order.

I have been to this establishment twice and I will continue to return due to the customer service the owner provides. He is an absolute gem of a human being and makes sure he helps with your party needs. 1000% recommend.

I like to go here for Halloween. We've bought costumes, costume accessories, leis for our skeletons one year, Ben Nye theatrical makeup, and more. When my daughter was little we bought pinatas and streamers. for her birthday parties. It's a great store; has everything one could need for halloween or costume parties. I always seem to get waited on by the same pleasant and helpful woman, so there's that too.
