Baker's Drive-Thru

It had been a while since I last visited Baker's, so we decided to stop by with a group of friends after a fun day at Fiesta Village Family Park. The interior was clean, and the staff were friendly. I ordered the Double Monterey Baker Burger which comes with 2 hamburger Pattie's, dressing, tomato, lettuce, Monterey cheese and Ortega peppers, and while it was tasty, I felt the portion size didn't quite justify the price.

This bakers need more workers... took like 30 minutes for a meal and the manager was just in the back screaming like a maniac. Wouldn't help older customers who didn't know how to use the computer. Trash!!!!

Look man Ana n Carlos work really really hard as culinary specialists I worked for them and they are amazing people and mean very well I can't thank them enough for pushing me everyday with really nice undeserved comments proud to have known them and wish them the absolute best yall gotta give them a break they do their best with what they can work with they are our strongest bakers veterans

Stopped and got lunch yesterday Friday 2/7. After I finished, I needed to use bathroom and employee said I needed to buy something. I tried to show him my RECEIPT and he saying I needed to buy something! Good food, SHITTY service from him!.

I came in here and had to use the restroom. The employee told me that I needed to purchase something which is fine. That's not a problem. I then told him that I had purchased some thing if I could please get the code. He then said you're gonna have to wait till I'm done with my drive-through orders meanwhile, two other employees were in the back chatting as if nothing so then one of the female employees starts yelling I'll take care of it. I'll handle it, but she never once gave me the codeI then ask her again if I can, please get the code she then begins to yell at me and tell me that I put the code in too many times which I did not. since she never once gave it to me disgusting and rude behavior from an establishment like this reconsider who you hire if you do want Ghetto employees like them. Sadly, these employees are the reflection of your company so I would reconsider who I have as employees.

It don't know her name, but the manager lady, (I'm assuming she was the manager)is extremely rude and catty for no reason. She grimaced at me and snarled and I felt uncomfortable and had too watch her make my food. Food is ok but most of the workers are extremely rude and ignore you

Beware the service at Corona Bakers. The woman I complained to on 2/10 25 about my taco not having enough cheese on it argued with me that it met the weight standards. She then proceeded to remake my taco which had about 1 table spoon of cheese over 2 table spoons of ground beef. If this is what Bakers is selling for $2.39 they aren't going to have me as a customer. I have been a customer of Bakers since the 1970's. I have been to the majority of their stores and this particular location has served burnt beef, old beef, burnt beans, skimpy portions and now a bad attitude to me for the last time.

Quality, taste, and PORTIONS went down hill. I added a slice of cheese to make it salvageable, but the chili cheese fries are so bad now. Workers are always rude and lazy. Do NOT recommend! 0/5 stars.
