I remember when this place use to make good food. I've always got the chili cheese fry's here. Just got home, opened the box and this is what I get. Hardly any chili, way smaller portion of fry's. Pathetic.Also the girl that took my order was not very friendly... to say in nicer words. Sorry that I inconvenienced you at your fast food job.. by ordering fast food Try a different location, this spot has gone downhill bad recently.

I live down the street. Walk in today and see 3 employees in view and I had questions but you have to ring in your own order with no customer service. With minimum wage as high as it is and the over priced food. At least speak to the customer and take their order.

First time trying Bakers , and only because my co worker was treating I ordered chili fries , they were ok a bit too salty for me , the portion was a good size but overall the Mr Pibb was perfect . I may go back and try the burgers .... Stay tuned .

Came here Wednesday evening for dinner at about 5 pm. I ordered a Double Baker with Cheese and a small fries. The fries were excellent, very fresh, hot, and cripsy. I honestly don't like fries, but probably the best fries I've had in a while. A bit disappointed with the Double Baker burger. I've had burgers here before and the Single Baker burger always tastes better. It seemed like the two patties were swished together.

Wow. The customer service is out the window at this place. Pulled up to the drive-thru and the young lady rudely says "order when you're ready" - totally caught me off guard and just wanted to drive off but couldn't. Hopefully they get better customer service training.

I feel bad for the employees. They are not at fault. The new owners have increased the price of tacos recently by over 50% since Covid. The quality has gone down but the prices go up. My first job was at bakers back in the 1980s. Back then the owners knew how to run a restaurant. I hesitate to say fast food because there was nothing fast about the food that was served. Hand grated cheese, raw beans cooked after sorting the 50lb bags of pintos making sure no bad beans or pebbles were in them. Hamburger cooked fresh for tacos and burritos. Hamburgers cooked when ordered. Some of these traditions may still be kept but the taste is not what it was and prices have skyrocketed. I find myself giving up on a tradition that I used to be proud of. Bye Bakers.

Sucks! Cold food and bad service. Happened twice now. Will not be going back. All three combo meals were cold and fries were so salty we couldn't eat them. Have been going there for years and its gone done hill!

Came back after having a bad experience here 3 years ago and i'm happy to say... Big Improvement! That's what I call extra cheese! Veggie chili cheese fries are BOMB especially when made right & fresh! I hate when ppl post pics of food that's already been started eating.. so gross to me but here i am doing it. I had to show the cheese Thanks Bakers. V happy about this experience(only saying this because I notice a lotttt of ppl complain about the wait for the drive-thru on here) Everyone knows the Bakers drive-thru takes some time.. so be prepared to wait & be patient, if not, go somewhere else. If you're worried your food isn't fresh, just pull into a parking spot and check your food before you take off. I had a little bit of a wait (5 minutes for one car in front of me) however, I could see them making my veggie chili cheese fries as I pulled up to the window my food was very hot and turned on my passenger seat heater before i left the house too lol! I like my food burning my mouth hot. everything was fresh fresh Thanks!

This is my favorite location, I've been coming here for 8+ years. It's very convenient to me since I live across the street. The atmosphere is very clean and no homeless inside is lovely. Kassandra took my order and was very patient. Great customer service, smiled the whole time and wasn't rushing me. I was the customer counting out change . The food smells sooo good here it's hard to make up your mind especially on an empty stomach. I got the teriyaki chicken burger, with small fries and 2 tacos.
