Baker's Drive-Thru

I don't know why this place has terrible reviews. I didn't see that they've been from a long time ago. I guess. If you've had a good experience. You don't usually leave a review. I've been coming to the Bakers for about a year and a half already, and I've never had a single complaint. The customer service is great and they're fast and friendly. The lobby is always clean . There is a new team member named Annalise that I do now. See consistently in the morning. She always has a great customer service, and remembers that I like a ice water with my order. Don't pay attention to these bad reviews. I promise you. It's not anything like those reviews.

Drive-thru order,, my favorite Baker's in the Inland Empire!! The employees are always friendly, efficient and fast. I have been to some other local Baker's,, and actually received a cold ground beef burrito!! Bakers on Indiana has never failed me!!

Food is great, but there needs to be Improvement on order accuracy, I ordered chili cheese fries and I got a quesadilla. But that's okay people make mistakes! Lobby is always clean, however I see employees going into the bathroom WITH their aprons on and that's disgusting. The employee I seen was an older woman with glasses and has a bunch of pins on her visor. Please inform your workers that there are germs and they will transfer on to aprons and onto food that we are eating. Done be the bakers that makes riverside sick.

Went to Bakers drive thru on Indiana about 11:30 today. They only had one other car in drive thru. I ordered a taco, tostada, large fry, and a combo burrito Mama meal. I had to repeat the tostada twice. When I pulled up to the window I repeated the order again. When they gave me the bags I glanced at it thinking it was all there. When I got home I discovered one of the fries was missing, but I was charged for both. The more money the workers make the less they care about getting it right.

Couldn't go out with the ROMEO's for lunch so mama brought home a combo burrito ( ground beef, beans and green sauce), a regular ground beef taco. Good to go! Hold me until dinner. Got the order correct, food was fresh and the value is still there.

I go to Baker's for one thing, mediocre food that doesn't break the bank, but the one saving grace is the curl your tongue sauce. I asked 3 separate times and I end up with 4 ketchup packets instead.

Very rude and very unprofessional to those who have supported them for years. So sad to see a local favorite turn to this. + their beans are microwaved now

I used to love Bakers but the quality of their food has drastically decreased. The buns are dry, the tortillas changed and it's become somewhat expensive. Please bring the quality back!

Very cold fries. Burrito was not that good. I was not very happy with my experience! And I actually like bakers!
