So my sons car seat chest clasp broke suddenly. His nanny called baby trend to get a replacement. They would not refund the car seat or give us a new one so the woman on the phone says that the chest clasp is not that important and they break all of the time! This is a read flag!!!! I have never heard of this part breaking on a car seat in my life or on any car seat. She continued to argue with my sons nanny about the seat being safe as it is without the chest clasp! Finally she offered to send out a replacement part free of charge. Once I heard about this from the nanny I decided to purchase a new car seat from a more reputable company that will stand by their products! I received the replacement part but refuse to use the car seat. I don't want a product that will not protect my son. I will no longer buy this brand and I hope other parents will not either!!!

We purchased a double jogger stroller. It shakes then abruptly stops when we push it fast. We contacted Baby Trend, they asked us to take a video showing the problem. We did. They said that there seems to be a problem with the tire. They sent us a replacement tire. We replaced it but the problem persisted. They asked us to send the stroller back. They said that after analyzing it, they found out that the problem was that the frame was bent. They accused us of bending the frame, which is not true. Now they want us to pay for fixing the bent frame for $50. I don't trust Baby Trend and I don't recommend it to anyone. Bunch of crooks!!

I do believe Baby Trend products are generally top notch. But sometimes there are errors in production , and Baby Trend's warranty department is the absolute miserable worst! I bought 2 car seats for my twin grandbabies. One of them makes a constant loud squeak, and it was discovered that some of the foam hadn't been glued down properly. Baby Trend's solution! "We're sure the car seat is still perfectly safe for the baby." Meanwhile, the parents are supposed to listen to squeaky styrofoam for a year? Seriously? Or basically return it, but they'll make the process more miserable and expensive than just buying another car seat. So obnoxious for a supposedly decent company.

I had to get a repair done on my bassinet , everyone I was in contact with was extremely helpful and I got my bassinet repaired in a few hours! It looks like new. Soooo happy with my experience !!!
