Worst service ever!!! I get that this business is just starting up from what I heard from the owner but the service they gave was just plain out unprofessional. My mother & I went to the store had a conversation with the owner told him what we needed and when we needed it by and he told us he could get everything we wanted & for a good price. The day of the party came & they were late. They were supposed to arrive at 11 & ended up showing up at 1. The owner told us that he had to come back with the piñata at 3 because he "forgot" it. He ended up calling and saying his daughter "sold" it. He said he would give us another piñata and just put pj masks plates on it.

They get a negative 10 on the rating scale. NO STARS!!! My family rented roach infested tables and chairs from them for my baby shower. They did not know until the day after. They will not return their calls. They still have yet to pick up the tables and chairs. I'm sure they are avoiding their calls because they are not the only customers to complain about their roach infested tables. DO NOT RENT FROM AZTECA PARTY SUPPLIES!!!!!

We chose to go with this company because the prices were great. We ordered everything from them. Tables, chairs, decorations, jumper, and food. HUGE mistake! First off they were 2 hours late. Our appointment time was for 8am to start with tables and decorations( our party started at 1pm). By 1 pm they were still creating the centerpieces for the tables. I later noticed 2 of the tables did not have center pieces and they never even started on two balloon towers that we paid for. And it gets worse. Our scheduled time to start serving food was 1:30pm I figured since they were already at my house food would only be 30min behind. NOPE they had to leave and get the food!! They didn't get back to my house until 4:30!!!! Food want served until after 5pm. And they were missing tons of promised items. Nachos, chafing dishes, forks, spoons! After serving half of my guest they ran out of plates!!!! WTF!!! We were so embarrassed. Luckily all of my guest were fairly intoxicated and having a good time albeit starving. My level of irritation with these people is beyond words. It's a garage run business and it shows. Anyone else would be a better choice. My wife and I throw 4 large parties a year excluding Holliday's. We have never had anyone screw up this bad.
