Aurora's Golden Moments

My wife and I visited here as part of a friends wedding reception. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. If you have a chance to choose your food, I recommend the chicken with a corn sauce. Little spicy but delicious. The venue was decorated beautifully and everyone had a good time. Staff were friendly and polite. I'd recommend.

I have been booking parties with Aurora for years now. For company as well as private events. Excellent service and great value. She takes care of everything. You just show up and have a wonderful time. Pictures are from my mother's 70th birthday party in the smaller suite for 100 people.

My family had a sit down with this facility and they made this place sound magical. The owner initially appeared to have decent communication skills, as though she had a good handle on any project within this vicinity. This is why we chose them for our event but delivery fell extremely short. This experience caused great anxiety in our family because she made personalizing our event extremely difficult. Basically if you want to bring in alternate vendors the cost is hight to pay. So high that you feel forced to have to go with their own in-house staff. This is a family owned so their DJ is the son in law, the coordinators are the daughter etc. We felt little to no option to have to use their own family for the services at our special event. Let's talk about customer service. They switched the coordinators several times. Constantly the new coordinator had to be explained about the vision we had and what we paid for and what we wanted because they were clueless and unprepared for their meetings with us. One person I want to name drop is the daughter Claudia. She would give off attitude, rushed the last few meetings before the event, spoke over, would end the meetings early.In my last interaction with her, she walked off once again from my family. So I walked to her office to ask if the meeting was over seeing as most of our questions were still unanswered. She screamed at me telling me repeatedly to get out of her office. I asked again if she can please come out as we did not feel meeting should be over. She threatened to call the police as she continued yelling and balling up her fists. I did get out of her office in fear she would physically attack me. We were then escorted by another personnel. A few days later she informed one of our family members that if we wanted to avoid any further issues then me and her should not run into each other. You can imagine the nightmare when the event was something we have dreamed of and these people took that away.

I recently had my daughter's sweet 16 celebration at Aurora's Golden Moments. I want to thank all the staff for making the Hall look so beautiful & elegant. Decorations were very pretty. Food was delicious. The bartender & servers and other staff were so attentive and helpful. Thank you

Please read previous reviews !! I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of this business regarding a recent event booking. Despite paying a deposit to secure the date, the event was cancelled with very short notice, allowing this "business" to subsequently book another client. This lack of communication and blatant disregard for prior commitments is unacceptable and will be reported.

If I could rate zero stars I would!!!!! My daughter's quinceñera was booked for this Saturday 02/22/25 and two days before her big event the owners of this hall booked another event!!!! Do not come here. Got scammed for my deposit ($1,000) and no Hall for my daughter's special day!!!! AKA Aurora's Golden Moments, Auroras Hall

0 stars the most very unprofessional place ever. these people are unorganized and don't even know what dates people book their events on they cancel my event last minute. do not book here i repeat do not book unless you want your event to be canceled! no stars

Estoy tan agradecida con Aurora y todo su equipo de trabajo hicieron d la fiesta d mi hija fuera más que perfecta cada detalle cada día desde el día en que llegue a conocer el lugar a conocerla a ella. Fue muchísimo más de lo que yo pude haber esperado la comida deliciosa la atención perfecta y siempre tubo tiempo para atender mis llamadas mis preguntas todo para mi excelente lo recomiendo el tema que elegían para la fiesta aurora y su equipo lo harán expectacular como los sweet 16 de mi niña

We chose Auroras Golden moments for my parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Our coordinator was Claudia, who has horrible customer service and can't seem to ever keep appointments she makes. The day of the party, we were told that the hall would be available by 3pm. We arrive, the hall is closed. It was still being set up. We had to help set up because they were understaffed. Our guests began to arrive at 4pm, there weren't any snacks available and the bartender was no where to be seen. We asked about the bartender and were told "he called off sick." We were assured that a new bartender arrive within 30 minutes. Those 30 minutes came and went. Some random guy ended up serving alcohol. The catered food was cold, and arrived late. Our guests had to wait over hour.l to be served cold food. We had the veggie lasagna and a good portion of our guests didn't have any veggies or sauce. Lastly, we ordered pizza for the kids, which we paid for and when we asked for the pizza, we were told that "it was gone." It was gone because the employees ate it. I have made several attempts to contact Aurora and Claudia and no response. What a surprise! I highly doubt that any positive review left on here is legitimate. A family ran business is more than likely to enter false reviews. I will never return to Auroras Golden moments and everyone a I know has or will hear about the horrible service by this company. Please help careful when using their services!!!

We just did my daughter's Quince at this hall, the hall was beautiful. Everything since the planning was amazing, Claudia and Aurora were so nice understood what I wanted. I got so many compliments from our guests and my daughter was so happy. I totally recommend them for that special event.
