Great holiday catering turkey, ham and all sides were on point. As a Ross employee the way we Phillip and staff took care of was amazing. We recommend to anyone who is looking to celebrate anything holiday, birthdays, and happy celebrations. Think of the food they will make it!!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Philip was very easy to work with, answered my questions and made sure I understood everything. They showed up as promised, set everything up exactly how I wanted. The food was amazing, everyone that attended raved about it. The staff was extremely nice and professional. Mel made sure I was happy and kept everything moving and was very attentive. I wish I knew the other peoples names so I could include them. I cannot say enough great things about them. Highly recommended!!!

We had Ashley catering handle all the food for our recent wedding reception and it was a hit! The food was excellent, service was amazing, and the overall experience was great! We have used them for multiple events now and have enjoyed each and every time! We will definitely continue to recommend their services!

I called 8 different caterers in search of a caterer who could do a plated dinner (with servers) for a fundraiser banquet for our nonprofit. All but one, didn't have the staff to do it. One caterer suggested that I use them and enlist my own volunteers to serve. Then I found Ashley Catering. Not only did they have the staff to do a plated dinner for 150 guests, they had an awesome dinner selection! We gave our guests the option to have either Garlic-crusted Tri-tip, Rosemary Chicken, or Ricotta stuffed Manicotti. All of the food choices were excellent. Everyone was pleased and highly praised the food and professional service - no complaints! My wife and I were so busy hosting that we didn't get to eat at the event. Philip, the coordinator, saw this and made us to-go plates with a sample of all three meal options! We ate as soon as we got home and the food, even later, was outstanding! They also provided, and set up, all of the table linens. The decor was outstanding and the table settings were on point. I couldn't have asked for better service or for a better outcome... the catering really made our event stand out. I highly recommend Ashley Catering for your catering needs!

We picked Ashley Catering by looking at Yelp reviews. We had no reference from friends or family so we were apprehensive. With that said, we were SO pleased with Ashley Catering. Our guests raved about how delicious everything was! We had a carving station, turkey and prime rib. They provided several condiments that were terrific! They had the typical sides like au jus, but they also had lemon horse radish (so good) and a garlic mustard. The mushroom gravy was unique but absolutely delicious! My husband is very particular about gravy (and does not like mushrooms) but he couldn't get enough of it! The staff that arrived at the house were friendly and professional. Mel was kind, helpful, and went over and above to make our night problem-free. They cleaned up and left no trace of crumbs. They set up and cleaned up with ease and I never had to check on them to ensure everything was going as planned. The week prior to the event, communication was good. They called several times to double check and confirm arrival and set up instructions. I've already referred them to my neighbor and will definitely keep them for future!

We recently had an event catered by Ashley Catering. They are one of the most reliable, professional & kind companies I have ever worked with. This event was to honor my husband's passing & all staff were efficient & nice people. Plus, the food was spectacular

Can not speak highly enough about Philip and his team at Ashley Catering. We had them cater our company Thanksgiving lunch for 180 people. They were professional, the staff was friendly, and our ambassadors and community leaders loved the food. The turkey and mashed potatoes seemed to be the biggest hit. AC did a fantastic job of providing food for my wife's 50th anniversary. Their catering service was top notch. From the selection/options, to the taste test, pricing, and actual delivery... I was very impressed and satisfied with their service. I will definitely be recommending their company to others.
