I booked As You Like It Catering for the Kiwanis Club of Riverside summer party this year. The Jamaican Jerk Chicken Skewers were delicious and the coconut rice was a great addition! Fresh toasted coconut provided to mix in! Plus tropical salads!! And the presentation was fantastic! We had a great party and everyone enjoyed the food, many went back for seconds.

Rachel and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with we honestly can't recommend their services enough!Rachel, Chef Phyllis, and the rest of the AYLI team were truly lovely throughout the whole process: from booking, to planning, to finally the wedding day itself. They were professional, always prompt to respond, and worked well with the rest of our vendors.Both our families have a mix of different cultures and backgrounds, so we wanted a caterer who could help us capture that in the menu we would serve at the reception. We also wanted the menu to be fully vegan. With their varied and multicultural experience, AYLI turned out to be the perfect choice for us!After providing them with our menu ideas, preferences, and restrictions, Chef Phyllis prepared a stunning and delicious tasting menu for us which helped us finally decide on what we wanted to serve at the wedding. The food ended up getting so many compliments from our guests! Absolute Perfection!I live on the East Coast, so finding someone to cater my son's rehearsal dinner on the West Coast for a holiday weekend was a daunting challenge. I feel so fortunate that I was able to connect with Rachel because she was a godsend! She helped me plan the event in a time of great uncertainty due to Covid; we simply did not know what the restrictions would be at the time of the event or what numbers of guests would respond due to reluctance to travel. For every issue I could think of, Rachel had a solution, which put my mind at ease. The event went off beautifully! Her staff did an amazing job, and the food was delicious! I got dozens of compliments. The tables were set to perfection. I am so grateful to her and to everyone at AYLI who participated in this effort - thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Our wedding venue had two preferred catering services, and we went with As You Like It, and we are so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Rachel, Phyllis and the team. From the day we met them to the day of our wedding, they treated us like family and with cordiality. We are very detail oriented and given the fluidity of the COVID-19 guidelines, we really appreciated Rachel and Phyllis' meticulous attention to the planning process and their expertise. Even when we had to change to a different location in our venue due to COVID-19 guidelines, we felt at ease because of the care they took to accommodate our needs.We went with a vegetarian buffet to accommodate for our guests and were very pleased to taste the same quality and specific flavors we requested on the tasting day. Not only with catering but also with planning and recommending other necessary vendors (which were all excellent), Rachel and Phyllis went above and beyond to help make our wedding very memorable. Would definitely recommend.
