I was soooooo impressed with this beautiful establishment! Gorgeous jewelry beautifully displayed. I went in for a necklace repair. Jeweler on-site, staff went above and beyond to help me. This was a very sentimental necklace that I had and they made sure to handle it with the utmost of care! They made it look brand spanking new!!! It is worth the effort to locate them in the strip mall area of Dos Logos!

Friendly staff with fair pricing and a great selection. They asked for my budget without making you feel awkward and then they made suggestions based on that budget all while allowing you to take your time and not feeling rushed or pressured into a sale.

Called before they had opened not realizing and thought it was sweet that the owner had called me back after they opened. Really nice and honest about everything over the phone as far as quote and service. Needed a diamond tightened in my ring not purchased from them and out of all jewelers he said he's able to get it back to me within the week. Most want to send it off or hold it till certain days so I thought that was really neat.

Came here to have a watch band put on a watch. It was a cheap $10 watch from Walmart so I didn't want to spend much as I'm retired and on a fixed income. The gentleman did the repair quickly and refused to take any payment even after I insisted. This is great customer service!!!I will not forget!! I will refer all my friends to Arbi jewelers.
