Had a family dinner here this past Sunday 2/23 and as someone who usually doesn't frequent Applebees, I must say that this was a great experience. We were a party of 19 that didn't have a reservation but were lucky that someone canceled their reservation shortly before our arrival, so we didn't have to wait too long. I know having large parties can be overwhelming & chaotic, even as the guest & the main reason I'm writing this review is for our waitress Cassie. Cassie was kind & very efficient in getting all our orders in and met every request, by far the best service we've had ever for a family dinner. I usually dread the whole process but she made it not only bearable but good. Also to the rest of the staff, the food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. The place was also clean. Will visit again, thanks for a great dinner!

You're better off going to chilis- Food was disgusting Chicken was burnt on chicken sandwich - got a replacement that was even more disgusting 0/10Service was good - server was very attentive but overall service from the restaurant was slow Took an hour to get seated and food took even longer To wait that long for a disgusting charred burger is unacceptable Lots of seating space- there will be even more if they keep slackingOverall rating 2/10Being real honest when I say you can go literally anywhere else to get better food and drinks MCDONALDS IS BETTER Anyways don't come here

Sadly, Applebees isn't what it used to be anymore. The area isn't the best, especially at night for dinner. The service is great but the even the food has gone downhill. The steaks we ordered were just okay and everything is definitely pricier.

I ordered online for the first time. When I came to get my food I noticed it was a little light however I didn't check the bag. When I returned back to work I realized my fries were missing. I then called and spoke to the man Cale that helped me and handed me my food. I let him know my fries were missing he then admitted that was his mistake however he immediately got me the manager on the phone to find out how to fix this. The manager was so kind as well as she thought I was a regular, she told me they would make my order again for me! I went back and was treated so respectful I couldn't even be mad that I had to return. This is great customer service during a time when everything is so expensive it would easily anger anyone to have food left behind. However the customer service from both of these employees was so excellent! I'm definitely going back!

We love the food here the only thing was that we are a family of 4 and they sat us where they have the high chairs and while we were dinning my son fell off the seat backwards almost hit his head on the bar. Which I don't understand why they would seat us there also not 1 manager came to ask my son if he was ok. He was shocked so maybe have better service. Your waitress look pissed off most of the time. I get it but maybe smile a bit idk. We're gonna have a long pause on returning here

Ordered the pretzels and craft cheese with the boneless buffalo wings. And two fireball shots. Unfortunately the double shots were barely one and for 30 cent more I thought it would've been a great deal however I couldn't imagine what a regular shot would've been. The wings and pretzels are very delicious and are server Shea was very friendly and courteous.

I'm glad we were not in a crazy rush but we were on a time schedule. Host was very friendly and we waited about the time he said. Sat down took a bit for our server she started out sweet but took forever to bring what we asked for. To get refills was a laughing matter. Had to ask someone else to tell our server and then waited and didn't get some until we were ready to leave. Asked for ranch and got it as we finished our meal. They got a 3 star cause the food was really good and the host was very friendly. If it was about our server she would've been given 1 star.
