Great place, music, ambiance, drinks, food. Celebrated my birthday here and everyone was awesome, we where greeted by the owner, they really went out of their way to make my bday extra special. The band kept doing shout outs for people celebrating bdays, etc, super fun all around, will definitely be back. BTW, I even forgot something there and the staff held it safe for me, their customer service alone is 5 stars.

I had one of the worst bar experiences of my life here, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. From the moment I walked in, things just went downhill.  First, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. They were dirty, smelled awful, and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. It's basic hygiene to keep restrooms clean, especially in a place that serves food and drinks.  Then, when my drink arrived, I was horrified to find a BLACK HAIR floating in it. I immediately lost my appetite and couldn't even finish it. How does something like that even happen? It's beyond unprofessional and just plain gross.  To make matters worse, the drinks were incredibly inconsistent. My friend and I ordered the same cocktail, and they tasted completely different. It's like the bartender didn't even follow a recipe.  Lastly, the service was incredibly rude. The staff acted like they couldn't be bothered to help usOverall, this place is a disaster. Dirty bathrooms, inconsistent drinks, and terrible service. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I won't be coming back.  (One star and that's being generous)

Responding to the manager of my complaint from 10 months ago, It was pointless security were right next to the guys and women. He saw the whole thing. You took 10 months to respond.

This place needs to step up their customer svc game & also actually put liquor in their $20 Margaritas!! The younger guy serving the drinks looked cranky AF!! I'm a light weight drinker but (3) $20 Margaritas gave me ZERO buzz!! I will not be back, do better guys!

I really like their new location in Murrieta now. They really went above and beyond to make their new place very modern and entertaining as well as welcoming.. it's a Latin lounge and I'm not Latino but I never feel out of place there. They welcome everyone and the food is not bad either. Definitely will be back again..Dong

Went here for my friend's bday. There was no food. No menus. A whole lot of no's. They didn't even have bags in the trash cans. The waitress kept leaving us without taking all the orders. The music was ok. Not great but just...ok for the Latin club vibe. Will not go back there.

Place sucks!!! No customer service, over priced drinks, substandard amenities, it is very obvious that this place is for the less acculturated Latinos. But then again! To each its own

First time here. The Latin music was good .friendly staff, only downside the drinks were watered down ..

Latin music lovers, this spot's a hidden gem! I was skeptical at first based on previous reviews, but after three visits (Thurs-Sat), we're hooked. Drinks are great, food is classic fried bar fare, and Sonia, our server, is a total pro. Plus, they have security on hand, which is always a good thing. But the real star? The Latin music! It's a mix that'll get you moving and grooving all night long. Trust me, this place is a vibe.
