Angie's Family restaurant

A small group of us celebrated a birthday here last night. The Liver & Onions dinner tasted delicious. There were large portions of liver, lots of onions, mashed potatoes and the green beans/carrots tasted good. The baked potato was huge. My 1/2 turkey sandwich was full of meat and lettuce. The sandwich came with a salad. The salad was fresh and plentiful. My other guest had a chicken sandwich and fries. We arrived in the evening and didn't realize we were close to closing time, but the waitress and staff waited for us to finish visiting. At no time did it appear they were rushing us. One guest got a Birthday ice cream. The restaurant was quiet and clean

RETRO LOCAL DIVE w/ NICE STAFF! I love how professional the staff were here, they were kind and brought my food out quickly. There's a lot of older folks with bad attitudes who eat here, so the staff are real troopers. My waitress was nice but could've been slightly more attentive. However, overall they treated everyone nicely so that saved the day in my book. The breakfast here has greatly improved! I got the Burger Patty & Eggs Meal and it was so filling and delicious. It came with a grilled burger patty , eggs, pancakes and hash browns, I recommend it if you're feeling extra hungry, which I was! I paired it with a nice, tall glass of orange juice and I was totally happy. The restaurant is a hub for families, grandkids and of course their grandparents. It's a nice environment for kids, however the older patrons are quite bitter and have staring problems so be aware. I like the restaurant's classic music playing in the background and the "Ruby's-esque" vibe. There's murals of retro cars and checkered floors, it's definitely worth a visit. There's booths and a bar for solo diners. I really liked that there's room for parties of multiple sizes. I came on a weekday morning and it was pretty lively. There's plenty of parking around the restaurant. I pulled in with ease.

Portion size is decent for the price; as others point out; lots of different options on the menu, all 6 pages of it. Had the sandwich burger and fries. Staff is always attentive; not that busy on a Saturday after 4pm.

Angie's has the best breakfast, lunch and dinner. The best food, everything is so good and cooked fresh and tasty. I have several favorites from their menu. The California Chicken Ortego Chili Sandwich is the tastiest sandwich and best with their crisp and yummy Sweet Potato Fries.

We eat out often even when we are on social security, so selection and price are important Here at Angie's we get both along with wonderful service

Lots of great food choices and great service. My daughter lives in Hemet and I think I went here with my dad years ago. It was pretty good and we went back a few weeks later. Still good.

If I could give this a ZERO I would. The 3.7 rating that has, well I will guess it's due to the POOR quality service. We were served cold food brought out after waiting 45 minutes. The waitress offered to bring new food but I couldn't bare to sit there another 45 minutes for more excuses, then the manager on duty was JENNI had the audacity to discount the meal $3.50.What a disgrace and poor customer service. JENNI was quiet the peach! NOT!!!! What a waste of time and money ON MOTHERS DAY!.

Breakfast was delicious! Perfectly done eggs! Staff goes above & beyond! My Father goes there for breakfast, they treat him like he's family. He's very particular and they go out of their way to make him happy. He likes a "Hot plate" for his eggs! It's nice to know that Angie's is a place where he can go and be made to feel at home any time of day!Thank you!

Chuya (chef) truly knows the difference between delivering a quality meal then quantity. Food was executed with great care and precision. Service was excellent Bree was our waitress , she was friendly and respectful. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Today (Sept. 7) my husband and I came for breakfast been coming to this location for many of years with no major issues/complaints today was our LAST time coming back here.....Being profiled was the last thing I expected today by our server (Erika) ordered was taken in a timely manner, after that nothing else no other type of service was given.....Upon reviewing my receipt I noticed at the top (Coffee) was label beside the order I asked what did that mean "her response was the section we were sitting in and this is a coffee shop" (last I checked this place is listed as a Diner) I felt that "Coffee title" was label as to alert blacks were at this table......Lastly, I asked for our receipt she gave us a generated receipt but I notice EVERYONE had the luxury of paying for there meal at there table with the hand held tablet she was using to take orders and pay for there meal we had to go to the front counter and pay for our meal overall very disappointed we enjoyed the amtosphere of the diner but after today racial profile incident we will no longer be coming here Angie's owner needs to take a better look at her emplyees who represent there brand at the hemet location........
