Complete rip off 400 dollars for 5 tables and 30 chairs... Originally included a canopy then Joaquin has the balls to ask for a 1000 deposit because the canopy might fly away... With the weights? He ends up charging me for "lost time" and I up with no canopy.Everyone is scamming these daysBe careful out there

I requested 10 chairs and a table to be delivered to me for an important event I had the next day. He requested the payment, address and time of arrival. Everything was confirmed. Next day morning, an hour before the arrival time, I get a text from him saying that he is going to cancel because I am outside of his service area. Why didn't he verify that information ahead of time? Not righteous. Not reliable. Beware.

If I could get this rental Negative stars I would!!! My party was completely delayed and ruined because of this company and workers. This company is owned by a husband and wife that have completely NO COMMUNICATION with each other at all. As for my situation I had booked in with the husband through yelp and in person at the Pomona property months in advance. My rental order had came out to be over 600 bucks ... in which I was fine with. My engagement party was on May 1. During the week leading up to it I have confirmed with the husband and wife about when delivery and When Will the equipment I had to rent it would be delivered. They did not deliver the day before because the driver had got into an accident but when asked to come the next morning at 8am it was too early for them. That they would arrive at 9 am .. mind you my party is at 1pm.... When they arrived the next day in the morning at 923am they had brought a barrel table with no barrels and as for my tent was only completed half way before they had left for three hours to get the rest of my order. I had friends (whom speak Spanish ) help put up additional balloons.... the workers that were sent where complaining in Spanish about how hot it was outside and that it was too much work and that they'll come back later. They can up to me and had said that there were missing parts for the tent, the barrels , a table , and eight chairs..... when a time is it came back it was 12:45 PM my party was at 1pm you can only imagine that my guess were inside my house waiting to be seated... as for the barrel table was put together where my catering service was not able to set up outside because the tent was not put up yet.... causing me to rearrange my house to accommodate for my catering..... when my balloon and dessert table had came in the tent will still not put up and they had to set up on the side.... it was windy ..... if the tent was put up ENTIRELY before they left the WIND have not taken down my dessert table and have popped half of my balloon arch BECAUSE THE TENT WOULD HAVE PROTECTED IT FROM THE WIND.... when the tent was finally put up there were no weights causing the temp to lift multiple throughout the night in my guess and I will having to hold down the tent ‍... The workers did not finish the job until 235pm Unbelievable!!!!I was completely upset and then for them to say okay we will collect the remainder of the balance!!!!!Oh no it was a joke !!!!I did not use the barrel table at all because they did not set up in time... I was completely embarrassed in front of my guess because I have put on the invitation that I started at a certain time and my party was delayed over an hour and 35 minutes!!!!!DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!!THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE WHATSOEVER!!!The pictures I will show is my balloon/dessert table before and after it was popped and us having to move the table under the tent.. Also, the tent wall you will see was not a correct fit and I was still able to see my back fence and you will see no weights on the tent to keep it from lifting on this windy day !!!!!DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!!THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE WHATSOEVER!!!Very upsetting with this company never again !!!!!

We had the best time renting the bull! It was a huge hit for my sons 18th bday! Very professional, prompt service and east payment method. Highly recommend!

I hired Ruth for my Niece's 18th Birthday. We requested a Balloon Arch specifically for the Candy table. It came out beautiful and my Niece absolutely loved it. I will definitely hire them for other occasions.

I want to say what an amazing company this is. The whole team was wonderful to work with. The owner even made the color that I needed for the table linens. ( Above and beyond my expectations) Communication was exceptional, timing was on point for drop off and pick up. I will absolutely be hiring them again for all our future parties and events. I used this company for a chair and table rental. The process was easy and very reasonably priced. They dropped off when they said they would and picked up when they said they would. I would use their services again.

This guy refunded our deposit and stopped picking up the phone. I did this review to warn others to never use this man for anything if it's important. Scam all the way. He will block your number and leave you hanging. DO NOT USE. Not reliable and horrendous service. Called multiple times. This Joaquin guy is a fraud he does not care about your party. The other people are not lying.Edit- Beware this company operates under Ontario Party Supply which has a higher rating. Same company same owner. Buyer beware.

I wish I would have gotten a better picture because this doesn't do it justice . Their barrel bar and tub was perfect for my event and best of all they delivered and set it up for me. They're very professional and affordable and will definitely be using them again for any upcoming events

3 months ago I rented 1 chair and 8 chairs with no problem. Had them delivered in Ontario. They were dirty AF but not a problem, I cleaned them. Decided to give them another try. I requested to rent 3 tables and 20 chairs and the response I got was " sorry we don't take small orders." What?!? Okay, hope your business thrives with "only big orders"
