Great service and the cashier knows how to negotiate I would recommend this place to ANYONE, it is a bit Smokey once they start making the food so prepare to cough.overall great service and sad to see not much people.pretty good look.nice music in background. Food was so good I couldn't take a photo would recommend hot for experienced,and medium for people who can handle a lil 100/10 AMAZING

I got the hottest chicken and some waffles, it was very delicious the spice was definitely there, I really enjoyed it, maybe a bit more brown sugar in the seasoning it be perfect. I do wish the sides had a little more seasoning. I Very friendly staff! Still very new but has plenty of seating. Definitely recommend!

I honestly should've known from them not having one signature sauce :') Tenders were cooked like they weren't battered and just fried naked and then re-dipped in oil before they packed a ton of unseasoned spices on. Yes, unseasoned spice, so the tenders were dry and bitter tasting. We also tried the chicken sandwich and to be completely honest same thing, but the only good thing was the soft and fluffy bun. Their sauces are mid and no signature sauce for a hot chicken place is crazyy. And since when did we have to negotiate for sauces when putting in an order for 4 people?? The service here is just something else too. The older gentleman originally taking our order seemed nice enough, but every time he would get cutoff by the another guy with a beard breathing down his neck and deleting the whole order we just gave and had us re-do the order again with him. This happened to the parties in front of us too and held up the line for no reason. If it was really a training moment, guaranteed that gentleman learned nothing from you embarrassing him like that. Moval having a decent hot chicken place was too good to be true fr.

Today I went to the newest halal spot in Moreno Valley- Al's Hot Chicken! It's nice to have a place with welcoming and friendly staff. Ambience is trendy and clean.Food is great! Juicy, tender and perfectly seasoned chicken. Look at that loaded Mac & Cheese. Oh I got some chicken tenders with waffles too but before I could take picture it was gone delicious butter slathered on warm waffles and chicken combo hits the spot right on! Highly recommended.

WOW! I wanted something different for dinner last night 1/31/25 other then the normal fast food junk and wasn't really in the mood to cook at home. I noticed that a new placed popped up where Orleans and York use to be. I walked in and there a couple groups sitting down and eating. Right away the staff was very welcoming. I took a minute to look over the menu and ended up getting the tenders combo but was craving sandwiches. They went the extra mile and made me 2 sandwiches with a tender by itself. The combo also comes with fries. Let me tell you, I left nothing behind besides a little bit of fries that I took home. The style of food is very similar to Dave's hot chicken but much much better. Al's is more mom and pop with a more personal touch to quality. You choose the spice level and they take care of the rest. Price wise I think it's excellent. I would like to see a drink included in the combos but at this point I'm just whining. As far as drinks go, they do have canned soft drinks not a fountain machine just a little fyi. I definitely will be back. This is a must try.

This place is amazing! If you're a fan of hot chicken like I am, you'll go nuts here. The spice is fantastic and they even have the deadly waiver level spice. I myself like heat, but not destroy your senses level haha. I went with the hot level and was very satisfied with the heat level! The fries were great and the mustard sauce was dynamite with it. The coleslaw is slap your momma good! The service is always great and they really know how to make you feel at home. Sean and Vanessa make my life better with this incredible food! I got to try some of the delicious peppery Mac and cheese and totally forgot to even take photos, but I assure you, you'll be happy haha.

Good chicken sandwiches. If you order the side of toast though, you'll just get a slice of bread. Toast yourself.

SO GOOD!! The chicken was so tender, fries were perfectly seasoned, bread was good, everything was amazing. The sauces are delicious too. So glad there's a hot chicken spot in Mo Val now. Service was also great, very nice and helpful staff.

Excellent service and the food was awesome definitely recommend will return!!! Very clean little food establishment!!!
