Aloha Hawaiian BBQ

This place tastes just as good as any other Aloha Hawaiian BBQ, but what set my visit to this place apart from the others was the service received from the young gentleman at the front. He was very courteous, and attentive, even asking if everything came out good, which is pretty unexpected at this type of dining. Good customer service is getting harder and harder to come by, so I'm glad to see there are still people entering the workforce with good people skills.

I would never again come to this place. The food was not up to par and tell me why I ordered chicken and beef TERIYAKI and when I checked the plate it was chicken and CARNE ASADA TERIYAKI. Bruh. Never again, try another Hawaiian bbq just not this one! Very disappointed

This is my absolute FAVORITE place for Hawaiian food. The Mac salad is always so good and the shrimp is my favorite! Nice staff as well.

The food is okay at best - the portions seem to get smaller with every visit. The service is great depending on who they have hired at the time (it's a rotating roster). The place is self feels run down and is always empty except for the flies that keep you company. Charging $6+ for spam musubi and NO sauce with your order is down right criminal. That's where I draw the line. We all know that sauce is not worth more than a couple cents to produce, charging your customers for it is crazy! Ono is down the street - that's where I'll be going from now on.

Ordered from here since Ono was closed. Big disappointment! I ordered the kalbi short ribs and they were burnt and gave me so many random pieces. I lifted up my ribs because they were so oily and when I saw my cabbage drenched in oil I lost my appetite. Thankfully door dash was able to give me some credit back.

Ordered from Uber eats. Found black gunk in my macaroni salad. Meat was dry. Refused to issue refund

Liz was super sweet and had great customer service! I've been coming here for a while but this is my first review for this restaurant. My brother always orders the #4 Katsu Chicken and today I ordered the crab Rangoon and egg rolls. Everything was yummy as always

The service was fantastic! And the young lady at the counter was very nice. I will definitely return, and I recommend Aloha HI BBQ to anyone looking for a good meal

We've been coming here for year. We like the spam wasubi and chicken katsu. The katsu portion shrank a bit as the container nowadays are smaller. We see this everywhere as we go through an inflation depression. Aside from that the food is good.Glad the person that used to take our order is no longer there. That person had no personality. You won't be disappointed with the food though.The inside is just like you would see at l and l bbq.
