Alfaro Catering catered my wedding recently and did an amazing job. Leading up to the wedding, they were responsive and sent me multiple quotes as we kept changing the menu. Day of the wedding they showed up on time, got the food out on time and cleaned up on time. The appetizers were really good we got a lot of compliments on them and the dinner was fantastic too. They even accommodated us with one of their staff to pour affogatos before the ceremony. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Alfaro's Catering! We booked with them for our holiday party and it was such a hit! Pat is absolutely great to work with. Everything was so smooth and easy. We did a taco bar and the food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the pricing was fair. Our office staff was very impressed with the turn out.

We had a baby shower last weekend and I highly recommend Alfaro Catering. The best and finest catering service in town! The food was sooo delicious and the catering crew were all so pleasant. I would hire them again and again! All our guests were very satisfied.

Alfaro Catering is as good as it gets. Not only is the meal presentation awesome, the taste is incredible. Its hard to believe that you can get all that he has to offer for around half the cost of other caterers. The staff are professional and personable. On the occasions that we have had Alfaro's cater our luncheons (200 people) for days and weeks afterwards we continued to here praise about the food and presentation. People even approached us throughout the year asking if we would have them back.. In addition, Its comforting to know that Pat Alfaro is extremely conscientious so you will have one less thing to worry about when it comes to hosting your event. TRUST ME ON THIS...HIRE HIM BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE DOES. He is the kind of businessman that enjoys what he does. You can immediately tell by the special touches that the service he provides is truly a labour of love.....THE INLAND EMPIRE FINALLY HAS A REAL JEWEL TO BE PROUD OF....I'm so happy I found Alfaros..because of their excellence..."I" look like the best hostess in the world.

Wow! Pat and his catering company are simply amazing! Not only is the food tasty, the presentation gorgeous and the pricing very reasonable, but he is also a pleasure to deal with.I have used many different restaurants and caterers in my personal and professional experience and Alfaro Catering is hands down the best all around. Pat listens to his customers desires and concerns. He understands the stressful frame of mind of his customers (brides and Mothers of brides especially) and does a superb job to not add to their stress. His pricing is reasonable, if not at times too low. His services are all inclusive, food, beverage, flowers and ice sculptures. He does it all!My family has used him for three different weddings as have my extended family. Not only did his services make the events better, but it was nice to not have to worry about those things. We are always happy to refer him to our friends and family and obviously would not do so were we not completely satisfied. Thanks Pat and Alfaro Catering!!!

I can't say enough how amazing Alfaro Catering is! Pat, the executive Chef and owner, went over and beyond to deliver a delicious all inclusive food and service package which made our teacher retirement celebration party a great success! There were generous portions of food from the appetizers, entrees, to the fruit and dessert bar! Pat is a very talented chef. Moreover, his custom designed fruit carving for the occasion was exquisite!I highly recommend Alfaro Catering - they are beyond 5 stars!

The BEST fruit carving I've ever seen! Anything you have in mind, he can do. He makes an impressive display and uses really fresh fruit. We love using Pat. He is friendly, kind and reliable. We have used him for many events and he always does a fantastic job! Attached are some of his work!
