These people here at Alexander Clocks and Watches are first and foremost amazing, beautiful people! Service is outstanding, second to none! Took my Dads watch in after he passed away to see if they could restore it and they did! That watch is everything to me and I'm able to enjoy it more because of them. Next, I took in two busted watches, and without a hitch, or a doubt, they completely fixed both watches!! You want to meet fantastic people then come here, you want great service then come here, you want watches or them to fix your watch(es) then come here, you want clocks then come here!! I do not work here, but they have me for my lifetime when it comes to watches or clocks!! Thank you Alexander Clocks and Watches for allowing me to be happy with my Dads watch (R.I.P.).

What a stellar business. After removing a couple of links from a metal band I'd ordered online, I needed to remove one or two more. But the tool that came with the band bent so badly that I couldn't get the spring bars out of the links. I took it into this shop and one of the gentlemen who works there helped me out in a jiffy. I'm so appreciative of their kind and quick response. Really got me out of a pickle.

I was welcomed with a warm smile from an older gentleman (not sure what his name was). He was very professional, and extremely honest. He only charged me $10 for the battery replacement on my Diesel watch. I shopped around and I got estimates anywhere from 20$(Cortez Jewelers) - $30(Time To Repair-Tyler Mall). I am stunned to have paid third of the price for the battery. Very respectful and polite gentleman, if you have ANY watches that need to be serviced or any battery replacement, this is the place to shop. I, myself will be a returning customer for all my watch needs. Thank you Sir!

Purchased a Musical Motion Wall clock. I noticed that the rotary carousel motion was inconsistent regarding the simulation of motion seen on a typical anniversary clock. When contacting tech support it was felt that the battery was a problem. I assured support that as a graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Electronics that the power source was not the problem but a missing part of the spindle that is needed to engages the toothed area of the Carousel. I sent detailed photos to show my concern regarding a missing part and response from technical support has stopped!

Excellent, friendly customer care. A watch battery was replaced while I waited. I left a different watch to have its movement mechanism replaced. The cost is very reasonable.

Came in for a watch battery replacement and had a great, quick experience! $10, less than 5 minutes and I was greeted by a cute dog! Would definitely recommend

Have had two watches repaired here, very quick and efficient. No problems.Middle aged gentleman that works here is friendly enough, older aged gentleman (maybe the owner?), not so much. Maybe I caught him on a bad day compared to other posters.
