Amazing service best tacos I have ever had at a Alberto's hands down the best so fresh give them a try

I honestly wish I could give this place a zero star review. The food was atrocious and way overpriced for barely filled burritos. Luckily for me I experienced it through a staff party event and I didn't have to pay for this subpar quality food. Never again and seeing as how many bad reviews this place has, I'm surprised it's still open.

I'm several months late with my review, but either way, it's necessary.Came here with two other friends to dine in. All three of us ordered food. Asked the lady at the register for cups of water, she said, there is no free water and we would have to buy the bottled water. At this time, we are already eating and thirsty from the dry tostada and tacos. One of my friends started complaining, saying that wasn't right and they had to give you water. We calmed him down and it was clear she wasn't budging so we finished eating our food and went next door to the liquor store for some water. Not going to co tinue to patronize this horrible service. After serving over priced mediocre food and then being rude about the water. None of us has ever gone back. Sad part is we work in the area. Btw... It's illegal to deny water to patrons.

Extremely upsetting... My first time ever going to this Alberto's in Perris, CA. I ordered a breakfast burrito and I was absolutely shocked at how small their breakfast burrito was, especially for the price they charge. I wish I would've taken a picture of it so that you could see, but it was only slightly larger than what a flour tortilla flauta would be. I essentially paid for a large rolled up tortilla with very little content in it. I went back to my work office and showed everybody, and they were just as shocked at how small it was. I will never eat at Alberto's again, especially with so many Mexican restaurants to choose from.

So disappointed! Overpriced!!! My carne asada burrito looked like a mini burrito. Not worth $10. Ordered French fries and received a small kids size tray for $4.80. First time here and will never return. You're better off buying from a food truck or a street vendor, honestly.

Order through Uber eats and my carne asada fries came with no guacamole and sour cream. Plus it took forever. How're you gonna eat Mexican food without any hot sauce. Or have carne asada fries with just meat and cheese?

A year ago, I gave this place a good review, but since then, it has been going down. The food is not good anymore. The customer service is off. Today, I placed my order and went to pick it up, and I and my husband asked to use the restroom. The lady pointed to the sign that states no public restroom, but we are your customers who paid for your food.The lady said it's because of the taco truck that was outside...my husband said that the truck isn't even open, and we are "your" customers. I don't believe we will be returning to that location anymore because of the lack of "customer" service that was presented. I wouldn't even recommend this location to anyone anymore. We've used the restroom when their was a different person working and they didn't have a problem but she did.

Ordered through door dash and our burritos were empty! So shocked and disappointed!They only put a few veggies and a dot of shredded beef. I can't even call them to complain because their number isn't working. Don't order here!

Nasty nasty nasty first time coming here I've been to all the other ones this particular one is just not it burrito was filled with large amounts of cheese we open the wrapper and the burrito is very sloppy as if they didn't know how to roll the burrito very upset never ever returning here and I hope no one else does take the extra 10 mins to go to another location this location is horrible!!!

Had being minute since I had gone to Alberto's got carne asada burrito besides being cold the food taste expired for 12$ would not recommend the food has really gone down on this restaurants.
