AIRTOPIA Adventure Park

Our experience with Airtopia has been absolutely fantastic! We've been searching for a party venue for my son's 16th birthday and his group of 30 friends. There weren't many places in Temecula or Murrieta that catered to teens. My dog groomer is nearby, and we drove past this purple building one day. After checking out several other venues, we came to Airtopia and this was our last stop. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by super friendly, and energetic staff. We toured the place with Carlisa and were impressed with the layout and the attractions this place offers - it was one of a kind! It may not look big from the outside, but the inside is surprisingly spacious. Carlisa made the booking process a breeze, patiently answering all our questions to make sure our party had an amazing time. They handle all the food and beverages in-house, but we were able to bring our own party decorations, balloons, linens, cake, and ice cream. Which they can store for you in their freezer. Make sure that your guests complete their waivers ahead of time.We scheduled our party on a Wednesday to avoid the crowds, and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Everything went smoothly without a hitch. Leiylah was our host - you can't miss her, she looks just like Jennifer Lawrence from The Hunger Games. She was incredible! Leiylah went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! Jacob the Manager, was also fantastic, doing everything he could to accommodate our requests.Thank you Airtopia for a great experience!

My girls were invited to Airtopia for their dance team kick off party on 9/15/24. We have never been here, but we were excited to check it out. The check in process for a large group or party was efficient and easy. Tip: fill out your waivers in advance!The team was able to jump and play for 2 hours. Plus they had a party room reserved and the kids had pizza and drinks, plus they were able to put their shoes and belongings in the party room. The party zone had a massive TV playing football. There was also plenty of reservable tables outside of the party rooms for different parties to happen at once. They did run out of paper plates and cups, so we had to ask for more. The kids played in a trampoline area, rock wall, ropes course, dodge ball, various slides, arcade area, obstacle course and warped wall climb!This place was a pleasant surprise. It appeared new and clean. It was next to a Walmart in Hemet. There was plenty of parking as well. It didn't look big from the outside, but it was spacious from the inside. We'd return again, so you should definitely check it out!

The kiddos loved it here, but it was a lot pricier than uptown jungle and out of the way. They also don't allow outside food and drink. If it was closer and cost less, I'd probably take kiddos here more often.

We went to Airtopia Hemet on a Wednesday during the day. The parking lot was easily accessible with ample parking. The facility was spacious and clean. There was so much to do; the high rope course, ninja wall course, soft play, dodgeball, giant slide, trampolines, basketball, rock wall climbing. Many of the attractions were closed but we would ask an employee to open them and after they finished with one attraction, they would open the next attraction. I would be highly disappointed like some of the other reviews if they didn't open the closed attractions. The trampoline area is very small so if the other areas aren't open, it would be boring and not worth the money. However, that wasn't my experience.My favorite part was the high ropes course! I recommend everyone try it, even the moms!

Amazing place for kids and adults. The workers are awesome and especially Dakota was helpful and so kind and amazing.

Where to start. The staff is rude and does not watch the kids on popular attractions. My friend kids were getting spit on by a child and no staff was to be found. They do not allow any sort of outside water and I cannot find any policy prohibited it but they will let you in pepper spray. The force you to buy their socks and even as a spectator for my kids I could not walk around in non airtopia socks. Ever time I visit this place it get worse and worse. Just recently there was a fatal shooting outside this facility. I recommend going to uptown Jungle in Murrieta as this business is nothing but a scam and does not protect your children.

Worth the 1.5 hour drive! Took my kids ages 2, 9, 10, 12, 15 and they all had a blast! Preferable to skyzone! Less restrictions! Free cubbies for storage, no lockers, adamant parking space, and right next door to a Walmart! We'd def make the trip again and again! Staff is chill, helpful, and food is actually pretty good! Got pizza and wings, I think lemon pepper! Don't remember, ate em too fast! And the strawberry ice cream was a hit! Hope the staff remains as dope as they are now! And as long as the food quality remains the same, we'll make the drive! Fill out your waivers online, very simple and quick! We didn't reserve online or anything and it wasn't an issue.

Layout and atmosphere was better than expected. Overall the place was open and had plenty of seating, it was busy so you can't be mad that seats were taken up all around the place. A call out to the service staff would be a little more proactive keeping the tables and seating organized and tables wiped down. There were several tables that were open but had trash and food/drinks spilled that could've been cleaned up and made available for other patrons.Why this place took a hit on the stars was because the way they run the ropes course is very inefficient. the workers have no control over the lines that form and do not flow the lines as well as they could. My son sat and wanted nearly 45 minutes in line before he even when up to the course. If you pay for an hour, you don't plan on spending the majority of that time waiting in a line.quick tip: eat before you go as pizza is about $16 for a 14 inch pizza.ok rank over, would return again without going through the ropes course. Prices is worth the play time if you skip the ropes course.

The birthday of my son was held here in airtopia , I don't have much to say regarding the place ( it's huge & awesome) & for me the staff in the play place are attentive .. I just have a comment regarding the party itself . Like what I saw in party inclusions you have the " SHARED PARTY HOST " . I know you guys are busy especially weekend , but please don't let ur customer hanging & waiting . In my experienced nobody assist us ,(We didn't know what to do , cause it's our first time to have a party there ) please inform your customer ahead of time if u're busy and don't have time to host , and remind also the things that they'll need to know. ( Thank you to the lady that's not assign to our party but help us anyway , really appreciate u girl ! :) Anyway even if there was an inconvenience, my son had a blast .

Went there over the weekend. Staff were very hospitable, and I really enjoyed the high ropes and the obstacle courses. Can't wait to go back!
