Acai Life Superfoods

This is the best acai bowl place I have tried! For the portions and price I don't think you can go wrong. There was no line when I went and was helped immediately. I did the build your own bowl and the girl quickly answered all my questions. The ingredients and quality of the acai and toppings were great. Service was great. I'll be returning to get my acai bowl fix when I come back to Haven City!

I was waiting behind a lady and the girl worker at 1:21pm on February 22nd 2025. Had taken another girl who came after us, and the worker stated that the girl had came first. We were clearly waiting behind a lady and the other girl came after. I did not order anything because this store doesn't deserve my business for being so disrespectful. Need to teach the employee on customer service. P.s afterwards I had instead went to a place called Sea of sweets instead to get my smoothie (which is fresh fruit) and it was a way better experience and the smell inside the cute little place was immaculate. Recommend Sea of Sweets instead. 100%

I prefer not to leave negative reviews, but I believe good customer service is important. When I visited, there was no greeting, and the staff seemed rushed. I ordered the Dreamy Coconut smoothie, which looked great but tasted mostly of coconut sorbet, lacking the promised mango and pineapple flavors. The Heart Beet juice was good, though.When we asked for a straw, the employee assumed we were impatient about our order and responded rudely, saying, "your juice is not ready yet." After that, she handed us a straw that had been set aside for another customer, which was confusing. Ambiance could be better with a bit of cleaning.

My siblings and I wanted desserts after our meal. This spot was located around the corner of where we ate. Mine as well try it!Check in: There is a coupon for 1 free premium topping when you check in on Yelp. The worker said they don't honor the coupon bc it is unlimited toppings. She offered us a 12 oz bowl for 10% off instead.Parking: Free parking lot. Plenty of spots and easy to find.Ambiance/Environment: This spot is located inside of Haven City Market. The area is very clean. They don't have their own seating area .. I think they share tables with other restaurants?Service: There were only two workers. They were somewhat efficient and worked as quick as they can.Bowls: They offer three different sizes. You can build your own bowl or order a set bowl and adjust anything to your liking. I got the Life Bowl and substituted the almond butter for peanut butter. The ingredients were fresh, but the strawberries were a bit sour. My brother got the Protein Bowl, no adjustments. His favorite part was the dark choco chia and also thought the strawberries were sour. My bf built his own bowl and devoured everything, so I'm assuming he really liked his bowl.Pricing: Prices are a bit more than average. It's decent for the amount of ingredients you get. Overall we enjoyed our bowls.

I was here at Haven City Market for an event last weekend. The worship band fed me at church, so I opted to visit Açaí Life for a smoothie. I decided on their Maui Waui with mango sorbet, strawberry, banana and almond milk. They weren't really busy at the time and the employees were very friendly. I received my order quickly and it was nice and refreshing on such a hot day! I know their hours resemble the hours of Haven City as a whole, I do wish they were open earlier--more in time for breakfast--as that would allow an opportunity to visit this location more frequently and try more of their menu!

This acai bowl service is a great place to stop by after my epicycle classes as it is located next door in Haven City. It's along the row of pop bar and the boba place. Acai Life is a tiny corner but I love their clean marble look and neon sign.I usually build my own bowl and get the acai base with the vanilla chia pudding, pumpkin flax granola (if they have it), strawberries, blueberries, banana, sweet coconut, and honey drizzle. I believe the toppings are unlimited.The service is good, but their line system can get backed up. With having to scoop the bases, do the toppings, cut the fresh fruit, and then ring you up, it does take some time and patience to dig into your delicious and refreshing creation.There is plenty of parking and there is also lots of seating nearby as long as it's not overwhelming packed.

Delicious acai bowls. Can't go wrong. Service was fast. Order a bowl and ask for a lid so you don't lose any toppings while finding a table in the food hall.I got the life bowl with ube instead of acai. The ube was just okay. It would've been better sticking with the acai.Husband got their protein bowl and liked it. This is a great place to hit up on a hot summer day.

We weren't even planning on getting an acai bowl. We were eating dinner at Haven City Market. Within eyeshot of where we were sitting, we could see Acai Life's menu which caught our interest based on a few keywords such as "dairy-free" and "ube." I've only seen a few acai places offer ube flavor as a base so we decided to treat ourselves to a healthy-ish dessert. We ordered our bowl with the following:- Ube and Coconut bases- Fresh blueberries and strawberries- Goji berries, Mulberries, and shredded coconut- Granola and almond butterThis bowl hit the spot big time! The ube flavor with all the toppings was giving me halo-halo vibes. And since purple is my favorite color, it was so pretty to look at too! The small 12oz bowl is stacked high so it's actually quite a generous amount. I would easily order this again. Service was good and the facility was clean. We tried the dreamy coconut. It was pretty good...tasted hints of mango but mostly tasted just like a coconut slushy.

After getting one of the main courses from Shrimp Shack Cajun, we needed something to wash down the goodness. I asked if the slushie was non-alcoholic and it wasn't. The gentleman recommended Acai Life Superfoods that was right next door to them. Acai it is!Staff was okay. I had asked a lot of questions and they answered them perfectly. Just wanted to make sure the fruits and veggies are of good standing. We ordered the large Mango Bliss and regular or small Acai Ting. The oz difference between large and small is 24 oz to 16 oz.Unfortunately, the Mango Bliss tasted very bland. Not enough mango flavor and sweetness was barely there. As for the Acai Ting, it was better than the Mango Bliss, but lacked some sweetness. The person who made the drinks was in training. I know because I was watching them in action. The lead staff was telling them what to do and put in the drinks. Yeah, I have a feeling if the drinks were made by a senior staff, they may have been better tasting IMHO.Setting was okay. Nothing special. Prices were decent. Pick the 24 oz over 16 oz since the price difference isn't that much... getting 8 oz more is worth the extra cost. Maybe we'll be back and try them again. Hopefully, their staff in training will be officially trained at that time.
