I've been living in the area for about 6 years now and recently discovered this hidden gem. I've only been for breakfast but oh my goodness, food is spectacular! And doesn't feel as expensive as going out to eat anywhere else. Cozy spot. Every one is so kind and friendly. This spot will definitely become a regular on those lazy mornings/afternoons when I'm not up for cooking! I get the French toasts with eggs and bacon on the side. Amazing! Also, best country potatoes I've ever had. I think those are the ones that keep me going back.

In for a late lunch (looks like mostly people review breakfast here).The philly tasted good, the cheese combined with the veg along with an a 'Ju bowl for dipping worked out for me with the soft yet crisp bun combo. Just wish the portion size was larger. The slaw had good flavor to it and is a good sub for fries.The salad and half sandwich was also not quite enough to fill up on; maybe a whole sandwich could have done it.My advice: increase the portion sizes on the mains and sides.The restaurant and restrooms were new looking which is good in a town where "diner" style restaurants are stuck in time.

A casual atmosphere that seems to be popular as they had a line at the door around noon.We stopped in for a late lunch after the lunch rush.Our waitress was friendly and she provided good service. I ordered the fried shrimp, broccoli and a baked potato.I do wish the shrimp was grilled, but not a deal breaker.The food serving is plentiful as I got a to go box to finish my lunch for dinner. I enjoyed my meal and I certainly recommend that you stop in to try their food for yourself.

Went with my friends here today. The orders we chose: Shrimp plate with coleslaw and corn; 1/2 grilled cheese with tomatoes inside, side salad, and 1/2 ham sandwich with coleslaw. Comments I heard: cole slaw cabbage was cut too big and was chosen because he didn't like the bean soup here. Another person agreed about the coleslaw not being bite size, but good sauce and shrimp was a little overcooked. As for me-I loved my grilled cheese with tomato inside. It tasted so creamy and the side salad was ample and fresh. There is no extra charge for the tomato here. Thank you-Ben

It is the fluorescent lights for me. I can't even with those overhead lights glaring down on me. It has to be a sensory thing, a neurodiversity issue. The food is satisfactory. The prices are fair. I'd eat here more often if they'd just tone down the brightness like 4,000% Very nice servers. I did not tell them about the instant migraine I got from the lights when we ate there on two separate occasions; I should have spoken up. Maybe the owners/managers would adjust the bulbs or fixtures.

We came by a second time to eat breakfast, and it was just as fresh and filling. Again the service was spot on and our waitress was happy and always checking on us. This will surely be our go to spot when we come to Hemet.

It was one year ago that I came here for the first time and experienced the best country fried steak I'd ever had. I've been here again couple times since, perfect everything every visit. Service is amazing, pleasant, attentive but not annoying so The vibe is homey and comfortable and it's consistently clean. I want to try everything on the menu. Eventually I will!
