I heard Birkenstocks are all the rage for us Millennials so I did what any Millennial with FOMO would do and jumped on the trend, googled up my closets Birkenstock store which led me to A Touch of Comfort. The store is on the small side and parking was a little odd but don't let that discourage you. This store is all about Birkenstocks and the lady who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Even while helping me she was greeting others and let them know she'd be right with them. Birkenstocks are an expensive shoe but that's because of the quality of the shoe. The awesome part is if you buy from AToC they will recork your shoes for you. Overall I had a good visit to this store and learned a lot. I've finally succumbed to the fact that I am getting old and therefore have started to update my wardrobe to match said age decline. Which is why I visited A Touch of Comfort. I would encourage others to also visit this store if you're in the market for some high quality shoes and some high quality customer service, oh and Ancient Aliens reruns was playing while I was there. Nice.

This business is incompetent and dishonest.I wear a size 13 shoe. I call several local dealers and they do not have my size in the style I am looking for.I call this thand speak with the lady working. I specifically ask for my size, style etc. She states that they have the size, style, NO PROBLEM!I drive 1 1/2 hours one way to the store the same morning.I arrive and ask for the shoe, style etc. and the lady says, oh, we don't have them in that size.3 hours of wasted driving and gas $$$.Much better experience when I bought online. Free Returns if wrong size.

Customer Service over the phone could be better. The lady was very rude! I called to ask if they had a shoe in stock and the lady didn't even let me finish my sentence before cutting me off and yelling "NO NO..." and proceeding to hang up on me mid-sentence of trying to thank her.

Excellent customer service, free repairs, and a great selection. The only store I will be purchasing Birkenstocks from, thank you.

The store location provides no access to anyone who is handicapped. I went to the store to purchase some orthopedic shoes that would hopefully help in my mobility. I literally was unable to get to the front door of the store because there have been no measures to make it accessible to anyone who is has mobility challenges. I never got into the store as the challenges to get to the front door were more than I was able to navagate...

The lady is super Attentive with customers and has a good variety of Birkenstock in her store it saved me a drive to the mall. I highly recommend this store.
