Pho-nomenal Goodness! If I could give A Dong II more stars, I'd need NASA's permission. This place isn't just a restaurant; it's a Vietnamese food experience! The moment you walk in, you feel the warm embrace of a family-owned gem--like you just crashed a really welcoming family dinner (minus the awkward small talk).Let's talk about Michael. This man is the Yoda of Vietnamese cuisine. Don't know what to order? He's got you. Don't know what to pair with what? He's got you. Lost in life? Okay, maybe that's outside his job description, but honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if he had wisdom on that too. Now, the food. The summer shrimp rolls? So fresh, I'm pretty sure they have their own birth certificates. And that peanut sauce--there's definitely something addictive in there (FDA, don't come for me). The chicken Banh Mi? Crunchier than my life decisions, and packed with flavors that make my taste buds do a happy dance.Bottom line: A Dong II is the GOAT of Vietnamese food in the Inland Empire. Go for the food, stay for the vibes, and let Michael guide you to foodie enlightenment.

My husband comes here often because it's not that far from his job. It's never crowded, we are seated right away. We have also picked up food to go. Friendly staff, attentive to customers, very clean. I've tried a few items from their menu, everything has just been ok.

Á Dông is the most authentic Vietnamese I've had in a long time, even better than some places in Los Angeles! What I love is that their egg rolls are made with rice paper, not like in L.A. where most places use flour wrappers. Bf and I came here for my birthday dinner last night, about an hour before closing. I wanted to try some dishes I've never had elsewhere and those were the beef wrapped in grape leaves and the cubed filet mignon. We also got the tofu salad. Everything was soooo delicious! The stuffed grape leaves came with rice paper (with a bowl of hot water to make the rice paper soft) and veggies and the filet mignon came with veggies (onions, tomato, and lettuce). Service was efficient and so polite. I look forward to going again and again!

Asian food is uh, limited, out in inland empire let alone Loma Linda but hey, maybe I just had misconceptions about that. Turns out there is a half decent pho place around here. It's tucked away in a strip mall and even more tucked away in a nondescript building. Once you're inside, you'll eventually be seated for a fairly reasonably priced meal. I don't really have any high standards when it comes to pho and this place does the job. The soup is rich with a decent amount of noodles and meat, and it fills you up for the afternoon. What more can I say? It's Vietnamese food, eat up and be merry!

Authentic Vietnamese food and great service, as always. Food is savory and consistently delicious throughout the many years I've been coming here. Keeping this short since this is the 3rd time posting a review for this restaurant - first 2 being removed because of... why? Not even sure. In any case, highly recommended Vietnamese local spot for an easy sit down meal. Pictures are worth more than 1000 words, anyways.

If you're in the mood for a bowl of pho, A Dong is the nearest pho shop in the greater Redlands/Loma Linda area. Pros: While I haven't had the opportunity to dine in-person at this location very much, the one time I did was during lunch rush and service was surprisingly ok. My family often orders to-go be it their banh mi sandwiches, noodle soups or other dishes. The bread for the sandwiches could be fresher but for convenience and not having to drive to San Bernardino for Hiep Thanh, they are decent.Cons: I'm still perplexed about their menu prices though. Cannot find a to-go menu anywhere and the in-house menus were missing when I went to pick up last time. For example in the Yelp photos of a menu snapped 5 months ago, the vegetarian pho noodle soup was $9. In reality, my bill ended up being $28.08 with 7.75% tax (current Loma Linda sales tax) so they are actually $13/bowl. Note to self: will need to ask for prices in the future.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Inland Empire! It doesn't look like much from the street as it's located on the corner in a small strip mall of sorts. I've definitely never had issues with parking! Once inside you are greeting and seated by friendly staff. Their menu is expansive but my favorite is the Vietnamese Shrimp Crepe! It is so unique, so fresh, and oh so delicious! I have tried various foods on the menu, from their pho to their orange chicken and everything is delicious. Bursting with flavors and fresh ingredients, this is a restaurant that takes time and puts love into every meal they make. Every dish is always a surprising delight and I always look forward to dining here!

True gem of a restaurant. The service is always so polite and helpful and the food is reasonably priced and delicious. The pho never needs any add-ons the flavor is perfect as is and the banh mis are soft and delicious - as a non vegan I might actually say the tofu one is the best one. Ample parking ample tables, clean and pleasant interior.

The food is great. The problem I have is the front door is disgusting, it's so dirty. Also the glass cup that they bring that has your check in is extremely dirty... Why? Also the waiters look like they just got out of bed.. fix your hair for the love of God..
