85 Degrees Bakery

I got the red bean bread and berry tale bread! The berry tale bread has a purple dot in the center of the bread and when you bite into it, it has a cream cheese mixture on the inside! The red bean bread has black sesame seeds and red bean paste on the inside! I also got a Sea Salt chocolate which was basically an iced hot chocolate with sea salt foam on top! The drink is a bit sweet but still good! The service was good and the ambiance is average! Tip: One of their restrooms broke down so I'm hoping it's fixed soon! There's ample parking in this plaza!

The most inefficient employees ever. Waiting for sandwiches to be warmed up but the cashier waited to clear the line before turning around to put the sandwiches in the warmer. All the while there are other employees standing around performing tasks that aren't supporting front of house including a manager/lead who was just floating around chatting to each employee without helping.Freaking ridiculous. We've been here several times and absolutely will not order drinks because of how long the orders take with only one person working the bar.Next time, I'll skip anything that needs extra attention as they aren't trained to in efficiency. A little bit of speed and urgency wouldn't hurt.

Came here on August 30 at 5 pm and bought two strawberry half moons. I love strawberries so I was so excited! I immediately put them in the fridge and the next morning I took it out to eat and it was completely moldy as shown in the picture, not even 16 hours after purchase. Both moon cakes looked like this. SO disappointing. The employees should be checking for this often and at a bakery, the bread should always be fresh. Also, another time their menu said they had a new strawberry leche drink and when I ordered it, the cashier told me it's not available since it is a limited time. Why put it on the menu if it's not available? Their menu is simply a tv screen.., just change it. I recommend supporting your local bakeries rather than coming to large chain bakeries and buying disgusting bread.

I ordered a cake ahead of time online and wanted to see if I can pick it up early, no one answers the phones. It's so annoying. That's like minus a star bc of that. Need better efficient customer service, I didn't want to waste a trip if my cake wasn't ready so it would've been nice if someone actually answered the phone. Also they don't have their number listed on the yelp page. It's only on the email to verify my order or u have to google it, so that's hella weird. Anyways I'll talk about the customer service when I got there. I am very confrontational so I did mention all of this to the front lady. The front desk handled it really well and actually had my order ready within 5 minutes of my arrival (I was about 45 min early from my original pick up time). I did bring it to their attention about no one answering the phone and she apologized as well and took accountability....so all is ok.Anyways the food...Their pastries and breads can't compare, they are very light and tasty, and I highly recommend the hot dog one, the egg tarts, the milk bun, and the strawberry bread pastry, it has like a strawberry cheese inside that isn't to sweet. I like all of them but those are my faves. Their coffee is pretty good too. The prices all increased from a couple years ago, but hey that's inflation again. The place is located in a nice little plaza where a ayres hotel, a lees sandwich, jack in the box and a pizza place are all around it.

Fresh bread for sure. Good location and friendly service. Indoor decor is very festive. One less star due to a lot of the baked goods and mugs are out of stock.

Came in on a Friday morning at 9:30am. I wanted to buy a cake and good thing I came in that morning. I know you can order ahead of time but I wanted to see the cakes in person. The young girl in the front (Emira-I think/ sorry) was so sweet and helpful. There's so much to choose from and the bakery itself is full of goodies. Yes it may take awhile for your food and drinks to be made but it's worth it. The bakery is very clean and well organized. I will be back. Side Note:I didn't want to drive around with the cake in the car so I paid in advance and they held it for me till I came back at 11 after my shopping in the area. The Strawberry and cream cake was delicious and light and fluffy. Not too sweet.

I came in to get some drinks: sea salt coffee and sea salt jasmine green tea for an afternoon pick me up on a Sunday. I went in, started to line up, and waited until it was my turn to place the order with the cashier. At the time there was just 1 staff member that was tasked to man the register. But he had it under control. I placed the order for both drinks and waited for about 10 minutes for the drinks. There were so many other people as well waiting for their drinks along the wall. They have some seats available for you to enjoy the bread or drinks. There are also some seats available for people like me who come in, order the drinks, and then wait for the drinks. Apparently 85 Degree has their own reward app too where you can sign up to be a member to earn points, find the nearest location, and even order ahead of time (which I might try next time). The app is similar to Starbucks', where you can even add and save your card so that you can add funds automatically within the app. Both drinks arrive, it was pretty good. It's consistent with the other 85 Degrees that I've tried so far. I just wished the wait would be shorter but maybe I should try ordering a head of time on the app for my next coffee run.

I went to 85 degrees yesterday with a friend. The store is nice, spacious, and clean. The service was a little short with us but overall not terrible. There seem to be a lot of bread options however today we were only here to buy a drink. My friend got the brown sugar oat milk latte and thought it was a little too sweet but it did have a nice strong espresso flavor. She states that she has gotten it previously and it wasn't as sweet so there may be some poor consistency at this location. I purchased the fresh strawberry milk tea with boba 50% sweet. Overall, I thought it was an okay drink. It was refreshing and the strawberry flavor was not too artificial. However, the tea flavor could have been stronger and the boba was horrendous they were too hard and seemed stale. Overall, this place was okay I would come in a pinch but I would not go out of my way for it.

This place is so much fun! There are tons of desserts and foods to choose from. Everything I have purchased from here has tasted really good. There is a line sometimes, but it goes by quickly. The store is clean, and the employees have always been friendly!

It took me 20 minutes to get an iced coffee. They later told us someone grabbed it without ever calling our number, it is clear we are not important here and the only thing that is is money.
