They're always out of bread! Barely 5pm and out of bread the shelves were empty! The employees are not welcoming we have all been here multiple times. Today we experienced a cashier we went in with our app promo and she said we already had used it which the entire month of february has been crazy we have not come in so how could we possibly have used the promo?! She insisted and argued so we ended up leaving extremely disappointed! I forgot her name but she works the cashier with short black hair, not sure if I am allowed to post their race or anything more with it having my review taken down!!Owners need to really train their employees better or hire people that aren't extremely rude! I should have called for the manager but had a toddler with me and did not feel like arguing with the worker nor the manager!Such a disappointment! This location is by far the worst! Parking is horrific too! How dirty the store is just disgusting! Receipts, used dirty napkins, dirty used straws laying everywhere in the dining area, I don't think we wil be returning to this location for awhile!!!!

3rd time at this location and after a month their employees are not very welcoming and doesn't seem to be fully trained.I had ordered large jasmine iced tea and asked to have half ice. The employee then tells me they can't do that. I'm like wait are you sure? After checking their system she then realizes that was an option.......When I had looked over my receipt I see that she had put in my order for small drinks rather than large drinks, come one now.Please get it together, the yelp rating is already at 3 stars in less than 2 months.

Welcome to 85°C JURUPA VALLEY, CA, excellent selection of pastries and service was top notch.

I'm so happy we have an 85' near me... very clean and their teas are amazing. Only concern is the amount of pastries. They sell out way too fast, maybe consider making more :) star is very friendly too

Second time iv gone to this location messed up my drink didn't even put boba or any of the extra stuff I paid for do not recommend only has like four melted pieces of boba and no coffee jelly

I personally have never been a location that runs out of bread or has extremely empty shelves. I like to go to the rancho location as well as the ones in Orange County when I am near work. Stopped in on a Monday and it looked clean, completely clean since there was hardly any baked goods. Wish I could have gotten something but the place was clean. A greeting would have been nice too, walked out immediately but I like the company so 3 stars.

I went back today an hour earlier and there was bread :) it could be because it's a Friday. If you're looking to buy bread, get there early and try weekends. I did try calling ahead to ask if there was bread but their phone is not set up yet.

I've been here 3 times in the afternoon and the shelves are literally empty. You would think since it's a new business they would count for it being popular and busy and bake accordingly. you're better off going to Chino or Ontario location. Management needs to reevaluate its production and plan accordingly. Not leave shelves empty hours before closing.

There werent any prices on anything on the shelves. Line too long and wasnt moving to simply ask a price. Cant say Id go back. Not convenient.
