1906 Inc Pub & Banquets

After visiting the main restaurant a few times & leaving very impressed, I decided to try the banquet hall for last years cheer team Christmas party. It was perfect! After several requests for 1906 again, we decided to do a repeat this year & it was even better than last year. Alyssa made the booking process easy & was a pleasure to work with, even thru all our last-minute add-ons. The french toast brunch was delicious & the dance floor made a perfect area for our games. The venue itself is beautiful with a huge verandah overlooking the golf course. Both the restaurant & event venue are great. Would absolutely recommend checking them out next time you hold an event!

This is a mixed review for both the upstairs banquet room, and also for the bar down below. This is an edited review, as the owners did call me personally on my previous review to state they were having a staff meeting to remedy some of the problem we had with our last banquet.The banquet dining experience we had on 12/01 was disappointing, but it's also the holiday season, and as they explained, they have alot of temporary staff and things just didn't go the way they should have, which happens. We have eaten in the banquet room on several other occasions and our experience was better than this last time.The restaurant downstairs is awesome! They have great food, and we have always had really good service here, but...we're also not afraid to walk up to the bar and order our own drinks either. Really appreciate the owners of 1906 calling me personally to hear my thoughts and concerns, these are truly people that are local and care about their business. Looking forward to going back, and I would highly recommend this place.

Went here for the first time on a Sunday afternoon for Oktoberfest and the band was great, everyone was friendly, bartenders were very nice, great view of the golf course and mountains, and the couple that works there regularly making Mexican food were awesome, as was their food! We'll be back and thanks to everyone there for making it such a nice experience.

1906 Inc is located in Upland at the Upland Hills Country Club. (Please note this is open to the public - you do NOT need a tee time or membership to come)! There is a large parking lot with plenty of parking.At this location you'll find indoor and outdoor seating with a lovely patio area complete with umbrellas for warmer days and heaters for the chilly ones ... we chose to sit outside, it was a beautiful day and enjoyed watching the ducks on the green as well as the fountain. I truthfully didn't expect the food to be as good as it was !! The chef here is doing great things ! We started with the shrimp lettuce cups - sauce was amazing, just a little kick to it! We also tried the Catalina sandwich with fries - flavorful and amazing, crispy fries ! Then went with the chorizo eggs Benedict and WOW what a show stopper it was!! We had a round of golf to get to and were pleasantly surprised when our waitress told us she woke bring us plastic cups because we were allowed to take them to go on the course ! Amazing !Our waitress Emma was awesome , very sweet and made recommendations when asked . She was very attentive to us. They offer taco Tuesday specials, brunch and currently are offering MLB specials as the baseball season just started.This is a hidden gem and we can't wait to come back to try more of their items !

I would like to recognize Joanna later in my review:)First VisitA big wow!!I first came across the pub/restaurant on a seasonal job posting. I had no idea it was here or existed.Any ways...AMBIANCE Very impressed. Since this is part of or next to the Country Club, the all around vibe was nice at home ambiance.Not a busy day for a Thursday FOODThe food or wings were excellent. Cooked nicely with great flavor. I do wish there was an option for a larger portion.SERVICE Service was outstanding!!10/10INCIDENT During my visit on Thursday. A customer(s) or now an 86'd customer(s) did not pay their entire bill. They walked out basically. The entire scene was unfortunate. Joanna was in Pursue ( rightly so ) to locate the fleeing customers...Without going in to all the details...The issue was resolved.Joanna now..I wanted to personally recognize Joanna and her professionalism. She handled the incident while remaining calm. She was very civil and surprisingly, kept a smile on her face during the incident and with the current guests in the pub. This was amazing to watch! It was like watching a movie scene I want to emphasize once again, on her demeanor and politeness. We love this place!! I can't believe I haven't reviewed it before! Great food! Seriously all fresh ingredients from the sandwiches to the chips and salsa! The service is outstanding! They have tv's for sports and live music often. The taco Tuesday is a fantastic deal with amazing food! Beautiful views of the mountains and the golf course also. They have great prices and even more so during happy hour! Come check it out! Highly recommend!

The company I work for needed a new venue for our annual holiday party, so we decided to try this place due to a few of our guys being regulars who golf at Upland hills. Alyssa was the director who I dealt with on the planning, she made everything very easy and followed all requests we had. Bert was our banquet captain, he was very pleasant and professional as well as attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and that every single guest was taken care of along with his team and the bartenders who were all smiles and very attentive as well. Our party was in the tent on the property which was perfect, it even already had a Christmas tree so I didn't have to do a ton to make the environment festive. This party turned out to be " the best" holiday party we've had, tons of fun and great tasting food and drinks. Can't wait till the next one :)

First time: had dinner on a night that MLB playoffs were on. Indoor part of the restaurant is small. A large tv accompanied by a few other tvs so you have a view at any seat. The whole set up is very casual and basic. Service was great. Food: tri tip tacos with chimichurri. Very tasty. Comes with a half plate of tortilla chips. I would return to try breakfast and sit on the patio in nice weather.

Would like to thank you for our OVASC Christmas Party. The food was good. Especially the desert tray. The servers and staff were courteous and welcoming to our group. The room and dance floor was not too big. Very warm and cozy for the night's festivities. Very well done.

We've come here several times before...always for lunch but tonight (Wednesday) we came and man what a vibrant crowd! Amazing live band on the patio and Dodgers inside.Every dish ordered was exceptional combined with the service that we have come to expect at 1906
